My vehicle began running poorly on a Saturday evening. I was able to have a friend follow me to Rischbieters. I had been there multiple times. They did a great job as usual. The quality of work, keeping me informed, being transparent about costs, and being honest are many qualities I appreciate. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. They were able to get my car repaired before Thanksgiving which made travel much simpler. Thank you Bob and your staff. You will have my business......always. Another satisfied customer

This shop is very knowledgeable and honest. I found it by recommendation on Nextdoor and Bob kept our 2005 Outback on the road and usable for a reasonable cost. Always giving us options and telling us what needs to be done now vs what could wait a little longer and still be safe. I recommend this shop every time someone asks (to my detriment bc sometimes he’s booked up for a week out lol).

Known Bob for a long time and always done excellent work. I normally do all my own work. But was unable to this time do to a recent illness. He took care of my issues promptly and professionally. If the need arises again I will not hesitate to use him again. As a former mechanic of 41 years I will highly recommend him to anyone and will.

This is a follow up to a previous review. As I indicated earlier, you can't do better than Bob Rischbieter. He is someone I completely trust. He does great work and keeps you informed of issues surrounding your car. He does everything he can to work with you.

Bob was honest, timely and reasonably priced. Took the time to discuss my issues and diagnosis of the vehicle issues, even showed me the malfunctioning parts. Bob also followed up a few weeks after service to check on everything. Will definitely be back when I have more service needs.

Bob was super friendly and honest. Gave a straightforward diagnosis and opinion on what needed to be done, and charged a fair price for the work. We'll probably only work with Rischbieter's from now on as long as we live in this area.
