I've been looking for a trustworthy mechanic for almost 15 years. I had someone I used in the UK but not since I moved here. Came highly recommended by a friend who has been using them for years. Fair pricing and honest opinions. Told not to bother with certain things that I'm sure other shops would have tried to get me to do. Yes, they book 2 weeks out but I'd say that's a pretty good sign when you think about it..... Doing business like this keeps people coming back. They just added another one to their repeat customer list. I'm so happy I have finally found a shop like this!!!!

I have been coming here for years and dealing with Craig. I can truly say that he is an honest mechanic which is often oxymoronic. He's one of only two people that I would call an honest mechanic. Very fair pricing and incredible customer service. Craig will not replace anything that does not need it. If I could give these guys six stars I would because they by far are the best mechanic I have found. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle here you will not be disappointed. And you definitely will save money

Craig and his wife are super nice! Always there to help and always truthful. They get your csr fixed as soon as possible and don't lie about things that are not needed. Many people in the surrounding area go here. Id trust him with my car or even pets any day. They do have 2 dogs that are in the office and are cute as can be when welcoming you. I personally have never met a mechanic I liked until using Ritzes!

Sorry...this first time here will be my last... Took my car for an oil change, I was presented with a bill for filters and $25 to check brakes,so it turned into a $140 oil change. When my G/F called to dispute, she was told by Lyndsey that I ok'd the addtional charges. Lyndsey...when i returned your voice mail it was the ONLY time I spoke to you. On that call you informed me of what you did amd that brakes would need changed soon. I NEVER gave you consent as yiu told Michelle. I will never give you my business again and will tell my family & friends of your decpetive wasy of doing business. You are completely missing my point and your condescending answer speaks VOLUMES. Its not the fact that is cost $25... Its the FACT THAT YOU NEVER ASKED IS MY POINT.

So happy with the service I received at Ritze’s they were able to figure out the problem fast and got my car back to me in the same day they made me aware of other issues that needed to fixed in the future but put no pressure on me. As far as their pricing they were extremely fair I had called to other locations that were a lot more for the same service. They were honest and upfront!! I would do business with them any day as well as recommended them to people in the future!!

We went to the outback in Pigeon Forge on the main street outstanding might be better than longhorn. Great service from out waitress and we hooked her up with a good cash tip. Will be back for sure
