I won’t take my car anywhere else.. These guys are the best. The crew here is respectful and they provide great customer service. Always a fair price. They get you in pretty quick, even if they are busy and have to squeeze you in. Big or small job, this is the place I trust.

So I want to give a big thank you to Ali he was very professional and I got two used tires for a great price.I'm satisfied and happy and I will definitely be back.Ali also told me other issues I have with my truck he is very honest and that means a lot to me.if you need any work done on your vehicle this is definitely the place you won't be disappointed 😌

UPDATE!!! as of 7/30/24: This business is under new management and contacted me and I was able to talk to the manager about getting my old two tires replaced that older management did. Manager was very nice, helpful, and professional. I can tell this business is going in a wonderful direction! Please suppprt by coming here for all your car needs! Do not get used tires from this place. I’ve came here twice. Once to get used tires and a second time to get another used tire due to the fact that the used tires they gave me the first time had holes in them. and i am writing this review because after them changing them out, not even a week later my tire pressure light is on AGAIN. I went to another tire pace for them to tell me that the tires they gave me were in terrible condition.

i’ve been here twice, my mom has had her used tire for about 5 months now with no issues… i just got mine done. the customer service was very nice and professional. I’m not sure of his name… he’s the guy you speak to about any car trouble, but he went above and beyond to make sure i had the correct tire. it means a lot especially being a girl going to the auto shop.

I had the best experience with the new owner and team. They gave me an amazing experience and walked me through the repairs and were very honest with me and told me what’s best and didn’t try to charge me for unnecessary things. I was quoted $900 at another shop for my radiator but I only ended up paying a fraction of that at rivers car care. Best experience ever!!

You should definitely come here, their work was very clean and efficient and fast with high quality results. As a girl I felt so comfortable and they didnt take advantage of me not knowing things they didn’t try to up charge me or have me repair more than needed

very honest and caring workers highly recommend taking in your car here. my husband ended up taking his truck in here after we got my car fixed. they were very good and negotiable with pricing, very quick and efficient with their work. very clean and organized shop.

Had a tire blow on my box truck driving down southfield freeway and these guys were right down the street, they gave me the wrong tire on accident but were able to replace it free of charge and help me out the next day. Great experience with these guys, all of em cool & super helpful. Will definitely be my spot to go when I’m back in that area. 10/10 service.

Great experience from beginning to end (unintended pun considering I got exhaust work done)! Sam, one of the owners, was fabulous. I brought in an old car, so when I told him I wanted it fixe, he said, what do you want fixed? And I didn’t understand what he meant at first. But what he meant was it’s an old car, there are 100 things to fix on an old car, what is it that you actually want me to fix? And that was a really good question that I’ve never been asked by a mechanic! At what point would I feel that the car has been fixed is not the same as fixing the car. He listened carefully and made conservative estimates, recommended against transmission work, and recommended a low cost intervention. Very timely work, good communication, great customer interaction, and happens to be within walking distance to my house, but would definitely be worth the drive! Thanks, Sam!

I can’t say enough…excellent customer service, excellent repair service and they did an excellent job of repairing faulty work done by Save on Tire! This shop went above and beyond in giving me an excellent price and providing quality service! I was quoted $2100 to replace turbo by Save on Tire, down the street and Unique completed the job under $1100. The owner repaired faulty work done by Save on Tire, in Rosedale Park) they actually replaced a rubber hose that was supposed to be metal, which was done by Save on Tire, that caused oil to be spewed all over….NEVER GO THERE!!! BRING YOUR CAR TO UNIQUE IF YOU VALUE HONESTY, EXCELLENT QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU AND NOT AGAINST YOU!!! I LITERALLY WISH I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL ALWAYS BRING MY CAR HERE!!!!!!!👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I 💘 these people. They Are a life saver they did a hellva fine job with my hummer forreal and did other Maintenance to my hummer. We had a sudden blowout on the Southfield Freeway on our way to Maryland from suburban Detroit. Having no idea where we were or where to go, we ended up at Unique Tire and Auto 1/2 mile away in the historic Rosedale Park section of Detroit. It was on a Saturday, and I cannot emphasize enough how well Sam treated us, going above and beyond to get us back on the road. He sent one of his guys to get a tire for us, and while we waited we had pleasant conversation and a few laughs. In the end we were invited back for shishkabob. We may just take up Sam on his offer someday. Do not hesitate to go here. Did I mention how fair the prices were? Thank you Sam.
