Tony and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and expeditious in their service! I appreciated the multiple updates and explanations of what work needed to be done on my car and the timeline. They were able to get repairs done before close on a Friday so I could have my car for the weekend! Will be back if I need any service in the future.

I was really impressed with the job they completed on my 2012 Nissan Rogue (old pearly). My car runs better than it ever has. They replaced my radiator that had a small leak. They also replaced one ignition coil and all four spark plugs. They use nothing but the best parts. I am also impressed with there professional curiosity. Very polite and honest, which in any kind of care care that's what you want.They kept me in the know the whole time. I will definitely be using them from now on. I was referred to River Oaks Car Care by a family member. I could not be more happy with the customer service I received from these guys. They kept me informed of the process of fixing my vehicle. When I went in to their location to pick up my vehicle, the inside of their shop was so nice and clean. They have even reached out since to be sure my vehicle is working okay.

Absolutely great and fast service. I had an issue with my car window rolling up and down and it only took two days to order the part and fix it within 2 hours. Highly recommend and will be going for future car repairs!

Helped me in my time of need and even decided to rush my car in to do the one thing needed. Very very grateful for thier willingness just to fix my main concern instead of trying to have me fix all sorts of other stuff. All the staff we encountered were so nice and willing to help the best way they could to keep my fix simple and cheap.

It’s such a pleasure to work with an honest, knowledgeable and professional auto repair shop. River Oaks Car Care restored my faith after an unpleasant experience at car dealership. Tony and Johnny both went out of their way to keep me informed and reassured me when parts were delayed ( not their fault). They know their stuff, and charges were fair.

River Oaks Care Care is the best! I used to take my car to the dealership where I bought it, but when my thermostat went out it was going to take 2 weeks or more before they could even look at it. My son in law recommended River Oaks Car Care, and they really came through. The repair was completed by the next day and I have continued to take my car to ROCC because they do excellent work. Tony follows up to make sure I am satisfied with their work. I highly recommend River Oaks Car Care for your automotive repairs.

Tony extremely helpful and professional. I dropped my car off for a diagnostic test they were able to identify the issue within a couple hours and get it all fixed within 24 hours!!! will be back. Thank you!!!

Tony and his team at River Oaks Car Care are fantastic. We have been going to them for four years now! They are all so kind and educative on the issues with our vehicle. They work hard to get it back to us completely repaired and in a timely manner. It is obvious they are all dedicated to their work and to the business, which reflects directly back on Tony, the owner. Took my car in to get brakes replaced on an our newly purchased car as they would squeal a bit. We dropped it off and received a phone call within 30 minutes that new brakes were not needed and still had more than half their life left. Any squealing most likely from moisture on the pads when first starting. Not the first time Tony and his team have treated us honestly and respectfully and we’ll be coming back! Always appreciate the regular check-ins over text as well making sure the work was done well.

I highly recommend this place to ANYONE who is need of mechanic work. They went above and beyond to take care of the issues I was having with my F150 Raptor and though they could have gotten one over on me with some very expensive repairs, they were very honest with me which is rare in this day and age. I will be a returning customer should I be in need of additional work or maintenance. These guys are trustworthy and do great work. They even followed up and made sure my truck was running good and I was not having additional issues. Thank you Tony and Johnny you guys are great and my truck is tip top now! I am so happy!

This place is amazing! My car was acting up and randomly losing power. The other places I took the car to were unable to figure out what was wrong. They took the time here to find the problem and made sure I left with my car, safe to drive! Really great staff, really great service!!

Johnny and the team were great! My Jeep Cherokee was running hot, and these guys were able to diagnosis the issue and get in fixed within TWO DAYS! My car is back rolling like new, these guys know what they are doing! Big Thanks to them all :)

Had my water pump, belt and thermostat replaced at River Oaks car care. Work was done professionally and great communication with Tony. He kept me updated on the progress and even called me a couple days later to make sure my truck was still Ok. Great customer service. Dont hesitate to take your car here for service. Up front pricing and very knowledgeable group of pros. Great job guys!!
