Had a flat tires n they were fast n quick about it. They were so nice and the customer service was great. The price was amazing as well. Thank u so if u need anything please give them a try, its family owned!!!

Excellent service. The owner of the business and all of the workers are friendly and polite. I been there few times it's best and reasonable tire shop around Chicago land.

This location is not big nor a fancy place. It looks like a big hole in the wall the small it's. But, how the economy is right now. This place offers a very affordable rates. Also, the people that work there are very humble and helpful 👍

Great place! One of those lifesaver locations that make life easier, efficient and streamlined. Life is about simplicity at times, where other tire shops will make things utterly complicated this one is almost like a drive-thru for tires. Wow, I've had car tires pop, I've had to push cars and I've had to drive on rims with most companies charge an arm and a leg. Rivera's is extremely affordable and I've never had a bad experience there, they also trade credit cards which is fantastic. Love this place an hopefully none of my tires will pop again anytime soon!

I used to get my used tires here a lot but they burnt me on the last two times I went. I don't speak Spanish . I do speak a little italian . Dude told me I should go to the tire spot down grand in elmwood park where the rest of my kind goes. I was disappointed. I shopped here for years

$15 for a plug. Had a screw in my tire and they fixed it right away. Would highly recommend!

The reason I put one star is because I came in with 5 lugnuts and left with 4, after coming in for a simple tire repair. I was upset. I go back to the tire shop to recover my 5th lug nut and they act like it's not a big deal. Now, I'm even more upset. Not only is that a safety hazard, but a simple job gone bad. Their lack of quality work and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly recommend anyone from going here. I also gave him a $5 tip before I realized at the car wash that I was missing a lug nut. Would love to slap some sense into someone in there but what a waste of time that'll be.
