Great customer service and extremely quick turnaround time on my vehicle. They installed brakes( rotors, pads, and calipers and a did oil change the day after I called to see about scheduling it. Upfront about everything and didn’t try to push any thing on you. Great experience and I will definitely continue to use them to service my vehicles.

Great service at Riverchase Automotive! I very much appreciate the timely manner they were able to repair my A/C system before leaving on a trip. They went over the procedure they needed to take, which parts may need replacing, and an estimated cost before they began repairs. It has been hard to find an automotive repair shop and not feel ripped off from poor work or paying too much. Riverchase Automotive did a great job, did the work quickly and a fair price. That kind of service is hard to find ! Thanks guys !

Spoke with Robin and he got us in for a rotate and balance within 24 hours. He and one of the technicians were very kind, and obviously knowledgeable. They explained to me the nuances of the job and how to best proceed with resolving my issue. I am hoping to work with these guys in the future.

Until recently my automotive repair experience was basically oil change and tires. After having the engine in my Ford Edge fail I looked to Riverchase Automotive for repair. They replaced my engine with a Remanufactured Jasper Engine and did a very thorough job. I am pleased with the results. My car now drives like it did new.

Customer service for me is EVERYTHING especially if I am spend $500 or more for a repair! Apparently you don't deal well with African Americans because the atmosphere was VERY unwelcoming. The workers were curt and short, never returned calls and never even called to say the car was ready. If you so don't want to do business with African Americans then say that but my money is green just like everyone else's. The work was good and I would have come back but the customer service killed it for me. Notice they responded to EVERYONE'S review except mine. Speaks volumes if you ask me. Do better!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND RIVERCHASE!! I have been having problems with my Lexus and my Chevy for quite some time. After having another mechanics shop mess up my truck I needed a good mechanic to help me. Don was very informative and worked with throughout the repairs of my vehicles. He was so kind to do a thorough inspection of both vehicles and give me options for those repairs needed. His pricing isn't "low" nor is it "high", but the quality work that his crew of mechanics perform is absolutely top notch. They are willing to perform "tests" on your vehicle to ensure their work is complete and resolves your problems. Do not waste your time with "friend mechanics" or "the local", go to the highly trained and down to Earth mechanics that will treat you professionally, with courtesy and empathy. I highly highly recommend Riverchase Automotive.

I'm 54 years of age and never have I found a mechanic shop that not only do great work and care about their customers but are actually honest with the problems you may or may not have. I have used them for over 16 years now with both our personal vehicles and our companies vehicles and I have never had any issues with dishonesty or poor work done on our vehicles! I would refer these great folks to anyone!!
