Andy is my guy and has been my mechanic for almost 5 years now. These guys are straight shooters who do amazing work at affordable pricing. I won’t take my car anywhere else since I’ve met them. They never up-charge me or up-sell me and are always honest.

live in Defiance Ohio and my son was working in Cincinnati for work. He needed a car so we recently purchased a car from Riverside Auto while. 1 week after buying the car it was making loud noises so I took it to a shop and found out the sway bar and tie rods were bad. There is also a HUGE hole under the floor board carpet where I can see outside the ground. I called and spoke with a lady who answered the phone at the lot and she said oh well you purchased a care 'as is'. I chalked it up to that, well a week after that the car broke down while my son was still in Cincinnati. He was pretty much stranded and took car to a shop and had to replace the entire engine. During this time the temporary tags expired but still NO TITLE from Riverside. Local BMV had to call them and then they mailed it out. I decided to call Riverside and spoke with Dale & JIm and expressed my frustration over buying a car from their lot is such BAD shape. They told me to bring car in and they would look at it to fix sway bar / tie rod, but couldnt give me estimate on cost. I told them we are not from Cincinnati and how can I trust anything with the lot and Dale hung up on me. RUDE and poor service. If i could turn back time I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR from their or their lot. 4300 car has turned into 8000 . UPDATE... Just got title in the mail and they spelled the last name wrong... Clearly they do their paperwork with the same level of quality as their cars!!
