This place is phenomenal!!! Owners are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Generally able to get my vehicles in within a week from when I call to book an appointment. Service is always completed within their estimated window. Will never take my vehicles anywhere else!!

This is now my second time going here and the experience has been amazing both times. The whole staff is polite and friendly and very reasonable. Francesca and Josh are amazing and this is my new go to mechanic shop. 100% recommend.

These guys have come thru time and time again for me. We bring all of our company trucks to them and they just figure it out in a timely manner whatever the issue is. Trusting a mechanic shop these days is tough, given the low quality of service and pushing you towards higher end services, but these guys have always been open and honest with issues we may see in our trucks, and whether or not they need replacing now or to watch for issues in the future, saving us both money and time. Also their oil changes are lower priced than other service stations, which is a Godsend these days where everything costs and arm and a leg.

Francesa, Josh and Olivia were so welcoming and kind. We popped in for a diagnostic test on our vehicle, and they were so helpful to ensure our car was safe before travelling back to Canada. Thank you again for your expertise and kindness!

Grade A top notch service. I'm very picky about who touches my cars. I've been "hurt" before. The people here are amazing. Honest, strait forward, extremely knowledgeable. Did I say honest. From day one I felt like I was in the best hands.

The best mechanic shop in Rochester !!! I love coming here EVERYONE is so friendly and knowledgeable about what could be wrong with your car and tell you what you need in the future ! I tried a lot of other car places from the east side to the west side this is by FAR the best car place I highly recommend them ! Customer service is top tier and the prices you CANNOT beat !

We're new to the area, drove across the country and we needed oil changes, brought the truck and Outback to Riverside out of convenience and the reviews. Had us in and out fast, with a recommendation for some maintenance on the Outback. Asked for a quote via voicemail and after an hour and a few texts back and forth I had a quote (way lower than expected) and an appointment for new front ball joints and an engine mount. Dropped the car off in the morning and had it back by early afternoon day of service. One extra part needed replacing but, Josh was upfront in the quoting process that this may happen with engine mounts so it was expected. It was still an extremely reasonable price and the Outback runs better than it ever has since we bought it. Francesca is super nice too! She even recommended what to order at the diner one block over while we waited. While you don't really ever want to deal with a mechanic, Riverside is doing it right. They're reasonable, thorough, knowledgeable, and above all, honest. Can't recommend them enough.

Josh did a great job on my exhaust, he was able to diagnose the issue and replace it very quickly. My cars quieter than it’s ever been for a great price. Him and his wife Francesca are good people.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Riverside. They are the best! I am so happy I found this service shop. As a female sometimes I have came across car shops that try to charge me outrageous prices because I do not know much about cars. This auto shop does not do this. My Ford is a very happy customer lol. Bring your car here for repair you will not be disappointed with their service :)

Got us in and out same day that every other auto shop couldn't do until 5+ days away. Finished car much quicker than we expected at a very reasonable cost and everyone was very nice. As a plus they are very close to our house so drop off and pick up was super easy. We'll definately come back.

Honest and friendly business. Went here as a recommendation from another local company and so glad I did. What I thought was a problem with my alternator was a much more affordable issue that was taken care of quickly! Highly recommend and will be doing all my future business here!

I had allot of work done at this shop, and i am truly impressed by the quality of work performed and the cost was very reasonable and im a mechanic with 30 years experience and this shop impressed me, the husband wife team that run's the place is very kind and treated me very fair with all the work i had done to our 2014 Buick encore which came out of the shop running better then it ever did since we got it. i will definitely bring any vehicle that needs anything to them they do quality work and are very honest about what needs to be fixed or replaced and they don't sell you things you don't need! i would definitely recommend!! it was a pleasure doing business with this shop and their dog is adorable. thanks again.. Ray BTW the work that was done was a 4 wheel alignment, oil change, new intake manifold, new valve cover, spark plugs, rear brakes and rotors, a bad vacuum line he found and replaced, and a nys inspection.

New local business that got a great review on our neighborhood Facebook group. Called and scheduled appointment. Very friendly, service was done by time promised. Asked for tire rotation but they said to wait since tread depth was better on front tires. Really nice dog too!

This shop is truly amazing, they have been nothing but upfront and honest with me every time I take a vehicle to them. Both owners are very friendly and personable plus their pricing is super competitive so you do not have to worry about over paying. I couldn’t possibly recommend an auto shop more if I wanted to, this is the shop you need to take all of your vehicles to moving forward- Flower City Wraps.

I haven't really needed an autoshop until recently. So far Riverside has serviced my Outback's clutch, struts, brakes, and more. They've always been extremely professional, courteous, and punctual. I have never needed to follow up with a repair or had any issues post-repair/replacement. I wouldn't bring my cars anywhere else. Don't forget to pet the dog.

The people here are so nice and helpful it’s such a comfortable experience I went to get my car inspected and it was so quick and easy they have refreshments and snacks in the waiting area and they have the cutest fur baby ever that will be sure to greet you when you come in 10/10 will be returning for any car needs!
