I can not recommended RJ & G enough. I came in with no appointment with a long screw in my tire. They let me in early and immediately asked what I needed. Tommy advised me of all possible outcomes and told me of cost upfront. He reassured me his mechanic would do the best he could to patch the tire, but was very honest in saying he would let me know if needed to go get a new one. Safety on the road was his number one communication, and concern he conveyed to me, a complete stranger he didn’t know. He didn’t try to sell me a product or make me buy a new tire, he waited for his mechanic to see if it could be patched. He walked me through every step of the process, and helped me understand the steps they were taking so I had a time gauge and knowledge of what was being done to my car, easing anxiety. This communication made me feel relaxed and helped me think clearer so I could make the best decisions! That is excellent service right there! I then mentioned something I had noticed with my engine heating up. Tommy informed the mechanic and came back on three separate occasions to get more detail from me so they could diagnose the problem. The attention to detail and dedication to customers within this business shows in these actions. They gave me all of the information I needed with that, and I was on my way in a timely manner. I knew Tommy would not have sent me on the road if it wasn’t safe, and I know they checked all my concerns throughly. I could not have found a more welcoming and friendly and professional place for one of those life circumstances that just happens. What could have been a day long process was professionally managed and completed in mere hours. I appreciate Tommy and the mechanic who worked on my car! Top notch staff, friendly attitudes and overall amazing service, with safety as the number one priority! You can’t get it better anywhere else! The customer service, attention to detail, thoroughness of inspection, kindness, and atmosphere are above and beyond. If I could I would give this place 10 stars! I am throughly happy with my experience!

Took my car in for a quote after hitting a deer. So far they've been really good and the process has been pretty easy. I'll probably write a follow up review after repairs. For the quote, I was out of there in 10-15mins and they are going to email the quote. Pretty painless.

Had to replace my passenger side view mirror after an orange barrel knocked it off on I-40 one night, when I got blinded by over night construction work lights and didn't see it in my lane in time to avoid hitting it with my mirror. I found a replacement mirror of the same make and model at a salvage company and brought it to them to install. Dropped off the car in the morning, and picked it up in the afternoon. They were very helpful and the price they charged was very reasonable. Very happy with my experience!

I came in for an estimate on structural damage to the front of my vehicle. It was a Friday morning and the employees clearly had a lot of work to get through, so I thought I might get rushed out the door. I was very wrong; Travis was extremely professional and patient during the whole process, which took around 35 minutes. He answered all of my questions and gave a balanced explanation of the pros and cons of different approaches he might take to repair my vehicle. He was transparent about pricing and helped me better understand the situation, and ultimately offered an estimate that was nearly $1000 lower than the other I'd seen by that point. I am still looking around at my options and have not yet gone back for service, but I feel that RJ & G is a step above most in terms of trustworthiness and attention to the customer.

I had my truck towed there after hours. I had the best experience during a stressful situation. They called with troubleshooting, estimates and accurate time frame for repairs. Clean, easy to find, pleasant staff...a wonderful experience!

Recently received a quote for repair from this business and their service was excellent. I had been to several other body shops and wasn’t given the time of day. The gentleman at the desk was polite, respectful and prompt in providing me with an estimate for repair and it was evident that he listened to what I said and had a great deal of experience with these kinds of repairs.

This is the best shop in the area. Unfortunately, they've had to repair two of my vehicles but I knew who to call to help, RJ&G. In 2017, they fixed my Nissan Altima and it looked brand new when I got it back. The same thing with my Honda Accord recently. They are very thorough and communicative. They entire team is so professional, courteous and caring about every customer.

My right front tire blew out in October damaging my car. I went to RJ & G Collision in a dead panic, no appointment and not much hope for a quick resolution. Derek was busy, but took the time to look at my vehicle and provide a preliminary quote. Over the toop customer service. They took my car in for repair a bit later and returned it in awesome condition (not to mention it was detailed and smelled wonderful). I can't say enough about Derek and his colleagues. They were professional and did great work. And, the cost versus the original estimate? The cost was under the estimate. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the transaction. They were there when I needed them.

I haven't even gotten my Jeep back yet but I wanted to leave a review saying how much I appreciate Travis and his entire team bending over backwards for me to make sure I am taken care of and my Jeep is fixed to the best quality. After an insurance and rental car mix up, they were extremely kind and have spent a lot of time with me working with me and explaining everything going on. This company is ran by great and trustworthy people and I feel safe with my car in their hands.

Paul will go out of his way to do what he can for his customers. That do excellent work. Ii highly recommend the for mechanic or body work. Family own and operated fo years.

Very professional and very helpful. My car had front end damage and was scheduled for collision repair within the next month (COVID caused backups and delays with parts). However, I was past due for an oil change. They were willing to take the extra time to open my damaged front hood, change the oil, and wrangle it closed again! I highly recommend them.

the people were very rude, especially the lady on the phone. it smelled like garbage there and the big guy tried to write me an estimate that was $4,000 lowballed. worst car matinance place ive ever been to and seen in terms of quality of care, service and location. disgusting.

After getting into an accident I decided to take my vehicle to RJ&G for my collision repairs based off their reviews, and im so glad I did! They were extremely helpful and constantly went above and beyond, and helped me handle the other party's insurance company. I worked with Travis through out the entire process and cant thank him enough. I was getting ripped off left and right by the lady who hit me's insurance company but Travis helped me handle it all. He even called me back late on a Friday to give me advice what to do with the vehicle. They were all prompt, friendly, and professional. Thank you guys so much! Highly highly recommend.
