I love this place! The owner treats everyone like a friend. I have been having car problems since the summer. He has looked at my car and inspected potienal cars. He only charges me when does the work. As a woman I don’t worry about him trying to rip me off. He def has old school business acumen. He treats people well, he charges fair prices and he goes above and beyond. Thank you R&L for being a business I can trust!

The did a good job on my fender and headlight. He seems like a nice honest mechanic. He gave me the lowest price for labor and he was very quick. I’m very happy with where I spent my money today. If you need some work done go to them.

Run,R&L auto in Detroit ,lied about properly changing my transmission lines and oil lines and brake lines which is what was supposed to be repaired on my truck and i paid mike $1500. Mike did a alley repair hack job on my truck most of the work done on my truck was through a verbal agreement because Mike came off as a person you can trust and he is a real snake. but never again will I use his shop and I have taken my truck to the dealership because I know it won't be a hack job and I will have the proper paperwork showing ever thing was fixed professionally and with a real warranty

Hello peeps, i never had problems with auto shop until now.very disappointed took my car here for the noice coming from Bottom of my carThey check itAnd they said I need a muffler andAnd a pipe that they was going to weld togetherWell anyway I still have the same problem!!!!!And I see in they responding comments.But they didn't respond to the comments saying bring your vehicle back so they can correct the problem or make it right with your customers. That if they even actually did the work🤔 no way my car should be the same way as I bring it in. Period

Came in with a check engine light got my car done in the same day and now I can remote start my car all fixed pricing seemed fair.

They don't know how to work on cars they watch you2 video. They replace my radiator they lost scerws and didn't replace anifreeze. Replace power steering pump but didn't tighten screws and didn't refill the power steering fluid. Please don't let them work on cars your car. It will cost you more because you have to have someone else to redo the work. They will break thing and not tell you.

I took my 2005 Chrysler Town and CountryTo R&L For a coolant leakThe coolant was leaking Somewhere near the back of the engine Mike took a look at it and told me it would cost me $300 to repair which I agreed to. When I got it back I no longer had a leak in the back it was in the front not only that he then informs that I have a blown head gasket. I didn't have any problems like that before I took it there, so other than take $300 from me I'm not sure what he did but I'm pretty sure they created this probably NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. To the owner of R&L I can appreciate that you appreciate my feedback but if you really take this serious tell me what you're going to do about it because even if it was like that when I took it there which I'm sure it wasn't seems to like the right thing for Mike to do is to tell me that before he charged me $300 for a vehicle that he said is not worth fixing
