Waited 3 hours for a tire change with my kids (1 with special needs). When I called the lady sent me to voicemail & text they would call me back & never did. I text back & said they were 2.5 hours late & wanted to know what was going on- she then just cancelled my assistance. Horrible, Horrible customer service to leave a mom in need & then cancel. If you can’t fulfill roadside assistance jobs then do not accept them. I would say they are liars & scammers just from my experience.

By far the best car repair experience I have ever had. Maykel was very easy to work with. Within 2 days he had the parts needed for my front bumper, grill and lights repair and had color matched it perfectly. I expected him to say bring the car in and we will have it done in a week which has been my experience at other car repair places but instead he had it done in 2 hours. Highly recommend this place to everyone in need of a body shop.
