Ask for Crystal. She’s very professional and will accommodate any need or concern you may have. Management is nice but very “straight-up.” The service guys in the back are awesome. They told exactly what to do if I was to experience any problems with my new wheels. Very friendly staff and I’d recommend everybody to go there. DJ made sure I knew what about ask the benefits of having weeks from this company.

Do not give these people your debit card. I was lied to and told they just needed a card on file when i made my first payment. Management here is on some con artist stuff. They lie and over charge you. Go somewhere else.

I would give this business a zero star review if that was an option. My brother had an account with R&R of Baton Rouge. His truck broke down and he could no longer afford the tires. They said they were coming to get them. Fine, that was for the best anyway. His truck was parked in my driveway after breaking down. Two “automotive professionals” came to take the tires off and left the truck on blocks. Again, understood it’s a business. Here’s my issue. These “professionals” left a 9000 lb work truck, fully loaded with tools on the weakest cinder blocks I’ve ever seen. Within 15 minutes of blocking it, the front blocks turned basically into pebbles and the front end of the truck was slammed down on the ground. Dylan, the “manager” seemed perfectly fine with this, no matter whether it could have fallen on my children or any of the other children getting off the THREE buses that drop off near my house. His response was “well did it fall on someone?” This is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. Dylan needs to learn the correct skills to work in the automotive industry or move on. Regardless of my brother’s account status, that truck is in MY drive way and was left completely unstable. Not to mention damage to all 4 rotors, dust covers, and lug nuts just thrown about in the gravel. It’s all been documented on security cameras and photos that I will be sending into corporate. Again, I understand it’s a business, but there is blatant disregard for safety that I feel will never be addressed until a vehicle actually falls on someone due to their own negligence. Instead of worrying about how many valued customers you have, worry about fixing your attitude. You not only represent your company, but also the other employees that may actually be decent people.

My experience at RNR Tire Express Baton Rouge was Amazing from start to finish. I was extremely pleased with the car service agents/techs, I expressed to them I needed to be back on the road for a certain time. They pulled together and made it happen and handled it with care. Thank you so much

The service here was a 10/10. The man who put my tires on was super and he finished within 20 minutes , I had 4 tires put on. The whole experience itself was a 10/10. Thank you guys for taking care of me.

Tim was awesome! He was very helpful and made sure I received the best compatible tires for my ride. He understood what I was trying to accomplish and my purchase and install was processed very quickly. DJ also made sure I understood what I was paying for. He explained my options and all benefits that I would be receiving. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with RNR and will be referring everyone I know! Thanks a bunch!
