RE review: 3 days ago I left a review on the mistreatment I received from the manager at their Houston, TX. location. Just as I left that review I must give an update! It will be in a separate review so I can (5star) the owner's behavior. I must make it clear that the poor behavior of this manager is in no way a reflection of this company, as proven by the owner. I did not delete this review because I wanted to show the managers' sense of responsibility and honor for his customers. He is deserving of all the success possible! He went above and beyond to not only fix the issue but show genuine human concern and care. Org review: So not only was I turned away and told an alignment could not be done, but being a (woman) who just replaced nearly every part at the front end of my vehicle, I knew it did not sound right so, I took my car to (two) other trusted mechanics who after a thorough inspection said there was no reason an alignment could not be done. All the reasons they gave were a lie! They clearly did not want to do it. Being that I already paid for the alignment, I rescheduled a later appointment so that they could do the job they did not initially do, asking that another technician do the job. The manager gave me a scheduled time, as normal but somehow the day of the appointment a different time was scheduled. He belligerently spoke to me saying "he told me to come before a certain time and did not schedule a specific appointment", but somehow there was a scheduled time just not the correct time. He spoke to me like I had a tail on me. lying about the time we set the appointment, and as I busy individual I record everything! He told me I could sit there and wait til a "possible" spot opened! When he brought up the fact that the purchase was a Groupon purchase, several times, I knew then... he was being biased. After over-talking me and telling me I could get a refund...I will and I'm here to tell u, that any manager who treats customers in this manner needs new employment. I was not rude to him in any way. If you can not treat a customer who uses a coupon the same as treat one without you probably shouldn't offer coupons... needles to mention they still got $100 dollars out of me on the first appointment aside from the Groupon purchase!

am a repeat Customer from Florida I was delighted to find out you had a location here in Houston. I came in Saturday to get a quote and fill out paperwork,as it was near closing but left with a set of tires for my BMW X3, Li Tran was my Sales Associate, he made things happen quickly and was very professional, I will definitely be coming back and referring friends. The entire Staff made you feel very welcomed and receptive to be there. Would just like to shout out to Li again for making things happen so quickly. Now my SUV is gliding across the road, lol..Thanks again..

I know some say this is not the way to go but for me it was exactly what I needed! Daniel Cruz helped me every step of the way & made my life easier & I feel safer now that I have all 4 tires 🛞 new 🤠 I’m 1 happy soul 😇. These guys here are superb! Done let money be an issue from staying safe on these Houston roads! LOVE your life😍

I trusted the reviews and they don’t lie. Pro-tip - make a reservation if at all possible. Great experience. Li was awesome. Their motto is to serve, not service. Loved everything about them. I can’t foresee myself going to the dealership or anywhere else again - biggest bang for my buck and time. Plus, the perks are too good to pass up. I learned so much about wheels!

I was in an unforseen situation with one of my rims earlier this week and after going to 4 different tire/rim locations, I was unsuccessful. So, finally I called RNR wheels & tires. A gentleman by the name of Li Tran answered the phone and was willing to assist me right away. After getting all of the necessary information he needed from me, he walked me through the entire process step by step via phone. I was given several options of rims to choose from and the size I desired for my SUV. Once I decided on the ones I wanted, Li made the transaction so easy. He immediately ordered what I had chosen, followed up with a phone call to lmk they were in the next morning & told me to come in at my convenience. To make a long story longer, Li Tran is definitely the man to go see if ever you're in a tough situation and need new tires/rims or if you just wanna be cool and add a little razzle dazzle to your vehicle. He made the entire process smooth & timely. LASTLY, the entire team at the store was great to interact with. They were always smiling and you could tell that they absolutely love what they do. Servicing guests. RNR TIRES for the win. If you're ever in need, go see LI TRAN! You won't be disappointed. 💚👌🏾

Li Tran is my go to guy. Reached out to him and in 24 hours he had my tires ready for insulation. Even though I gave him the wrong. size he was able to work around my mistake and was very gracious. This is not my first time there I had my other car that needed alignment and again done very professionally and quickly. I can’t say enough good things about the way I was treated at Rnr by Mr. Tran and the whole team thanks again

RNR Tire Express was amazing. Li Tran responded to my inquiry as soon as he stepped into the office. He was very polite and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I won’t be going anywhere else to get care I need for my care. Thank you again RNR. On another note there is another “RNR Tire Express on Bissonnet who claims they have no association with the other locations but have the same exact name picture and logo as the real RNR Tire Express. The gentlemen that answered was very rude and said he was tired of customers confusing the two. That’s when I received a detailed text from Li Tran. I think that needs to be looked into by management if they have no association with each other.

I visited this location on a Friday (mid morning). I was able to redeem my Groupon for my wheel alignment. In addition to that, I also purchased 4 new tires for my car. I qualified for the in-house financing (ability to pay off in 4 months) with no credit pull. Li Tran was very helpful and gave great customer service during the process. I’ve been to this location several times and all of the staff have been very nice and accommodative.

I wouldn’t buy tires from this place I bought 6 used tires from this place one of the tires had a damage in the thread where it wouldn’t be able to work i ask for a refund the manage made a big deal and wouldn’t give me a refund for the tires I just bought 30 min prior didn’t have the tires mounted or nothing if I could give zero stars I definitely would

Loved the service, everything was taken of over the phone. When I got there everything was what it was supposed to be as far as pricing when I got there as well. Very courteous and kid friendly environment. Will continue getting for my vehicle moving forward.

There are not enough superlatives to describe the experience I had at RNR. From start to finish, the entire process, could not have been more professional my sales person Li Was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. There was no pressure and he helped me pick out what was best for my needs and actually what I wanted. Not someone who usually recommends a place but I will tell family and friends and anyone that will listen who is looking for tires and wheels. This is a place they need to go. I wish we could give 10 star ratings because they deserved it from the owner to all of the staff and the technicians, I really appreciate them and thank them for their help and what they did for me.

They set me up pretty good today, and I would suggest not purchasing used tires. Li listened to my mental breakdown, and everyone there looked out for me once I got there. I'm truly thankful to them for being there in my time of need. I'll never buy used tires again after today because they're all crooks.
