Great people. An employee, Christian, help me to change a tire that was worn and needed and I was broken down along side the road. So I decided to get all replaced. Definitely a good sent life-saver.

12-6-24 update: No reply to calls/email. I am writing this not to put the company on blast, but to warn others planning on reimbursing an expense back to insurance. On August 23rd, I took my Subaru Outback to get a patch for a back tire that had a nail. I arrived at 10am and was told they were too busy to take a look but could work on it first thing tomorrow morning, or if I prefer I can take it somewhere else. As I wasn’t sure how fast I was losing air or what kind of danger driving to another location would be, I asked if I could leave my vehicle over night and Mike agreed and committed to working on it the next day. I told Mike that I wanted to use my warranty and he took my keys, I assumed we had a deal. Looking back, I understand that I should have made sure my information was documented properly before leaving. I had read so many great reviews I really trusted the staff and really needed my tire fixed before travel plans the following day. On August 24th, I called the store as soon as they opened (9am) to confirm that they would work on my car. They said, “Yes, we’re about to pull it in now” great, all going according to plan. By 11 I hadn’t heard back so I called again asking for an update and (again) told me, “We’ll be pulling it in any second” and I pushed back and rebutted that the same thing was told to me 2 hours prior and they put me on hold. When they returned they asked me why I didn’t pay for the service when I dropped it off and I told them I wasn’t asked to. I asked them if I need to come in before work is done and if that was the delay and they said no, it’s ok as long as they have them verbal confirmation that I would pay as soon as I got there, I told the person on the phone that I had spoken to Mike yesterday about using my warranty to cover the damages and he said he didn’t know anything about that. I had to be out of town by 3pm so I agreed. By 12, I hadn’t received another update so I drove to the store, I noticed my car had been parked differently (backed in) and knew someone had driven it so I assume they’re going to tell me the repair is done (finally). That’s when I’m told, once again, that they’re about to pull it in?! I asked what we were waiting on and this is when Mike informed me they still need to repair the tire and that I would need a new tire due to the nail being too close to the wall. Mike then asked me to pay and I again said that I had a warranty for road hazards and double checked that this would be covered. Mike said my insurance will have to work it out with them but we need to get payment before they can start work. At this point, I’m more worried about missing my appointment in another city than bickering with someone so I paid for it and reminded them that I’ll need a detailed receipt and Mike said I’d be sure to get one once they replaced the tire. Another half hour goes by and they FINALLY pull it in, (so around 1pm). After a short amount of time the manager, Allen comes over to me and informs me that I have AWD (yeah duh), and informs me that they will have to replace both back tires… how they were just realizing this now when my car has been on your lot for over 24hrs and someone drove it somewhere… ok whatever just get me on the road. I pay for the tire and wait for the work to be done. Around 2:00 the work is done and I have 2 new tires - yay! That’s is when I get my detailed receipt… I’ve attached it below but the information they inputted was completely bogus i.e., VIN No:12345678. I told them my insurance won’t take this and that I need an updated receipt with corrected information. They told me that it was impossible to correct the information and give me a new receipt and instead wrote me a letter to give to my provider stating their mistake. After months of trying to dispute with R&R and my provider I’ve finally given up and that is why I am writing this today. If you plan to get reimbursed for the work R&R does be sure you get them on the phone with your insurance that day or you won’t get reimbursed. I am so upset to be out $429 for a silly mistake.

Let first say that the tires was great. I bought a set from the Muncie, IN store some 4 to 5 years ago. Great service and the tires I still have on my Monte Carlo to this day with close to 200,000 miles on them. With that being said I had no regrets from that experience. That store was a dream shop So my grandson needed tires and I figured that it would be a good ideal to get him a set in the Knoxville TN store. The facilities was lacking and not as advanced as Muncie, Store yet I did look over that. I bought a house and things has gotten a little hard on the finances and I lost my phone services and fell behind on the payments on the tires. I’m a responsible man and I know that they had the right to come and get the tires. I’m good with that. What I’m not good with is I was out and they came and got the tires left the car on blocks and took the rims with the tires. Rims that was in no way theirs. Yes the tires was theirs but they have no legal rights to the rims. No service truck came and broke them down just stole the rims and left it to where rims has to be bought in order to get tires on the car. Mind you this is not a car that’s paid for in full. The car is financed so the rims belongs to the finance company until the car is paid for. Going to give them a week from today to have the rims setting beside the car or I’m going to go and file theft charges
