Don't be fooled by contract down payment. They make it extra complicated for the customer. Better off going to your local mechanic and work with them. Wish it could have worked out.

I pay 27 a week for tires and I am supposed to get free alignments and they said my front end is all too damaged but I just got a safety inspection at Ford/Lincoln and I had to pay $1700 to fix everything so I know they just didn’t want to do it because I went to Firestone and I got the alignment and they said nothing was damaged. But Quinn was able to resolve the problem and he is a really good guy who didn’t know

I am from out of town and was having a nightmare day with a flat tire during the remnants of hurricane Beryl with the rain pouring down. First, I was helped by Steve at Titan Towing who changed my tire and refused to take payment. Then I found myself in the super friendly and capable hands of RNR Tire Express. They fixed my tire in no time and at no charge and had me out the door in about 25 minutes. Wow! I am so impressed with RNR and the people of St. Louis. Thank you, thank you!

I got great tires and wheels for a good price and financing was really simple. Comes with an awesome warranty and roadside assistance too. Just left and my car’s already getting stares.

I won't go anywhere else for tires in the future! Last Saturday I had a flat and took my car to Car X on S. Kingshighway. They couldn't look at it for three hours and then their recommendation was that the nail I had in the tire was unfixable and I should replace all 4 of my tires. We'll, my front tires are less than 60 days old!! Because that was super shady and they wanted $380 to replace one tire I went across the street to the brand new RNR location. They immediately said they could fix the flat, no problem, AND they did it for free being a new location and needing the goodwill with so much tire competition in the area. Super disappointed with Car X and I will never go back there. It felt like they thought they could get away with something because I'm a woman. If you want great customer service and HONESTY go to RNR!!!

Just happened to stop at RNR today, after noticing a slow leak in my tire. I was really impressed by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the business, and the way they kept me informed about progress. They've got a nice waiting room with free coffee and water, and they did a great job taking care of my tire. 100% recommend RNR Tire Express.

My experience at RNR was a 10/10. Great customer service and they got me in the day of. I called around to 3 other tires shops to see who had the best deal in the area and RNR stole the show!

Quinn and everyone at RNR made this experience easy peasy. I had an issue with 2 of my front tires and they got right down to business. One valve stem thingy was jacked all the way up. The passenger side had a nail in the side wall that was not really repairable long term. They fixed me up and ordered me a new tire that wouldn’t be there til the next day. They were awesome! Sent me home til the next day. Never charged me anything that day just paid for the tire and valve stem the next day. They called me when the tire came and got me situated as soon as I arrived. Nice place. Very clean, great coffee and very personable employees. They showed me the valve stem thingy and explained everything. I paid exactly what they said I would no hassles. I feel secure in driving and my tire has a warranty on it as well. I’ll definitely be doing business with them in the future. Thanks for everything.
