Hello, This was my first time at RNR Tire Express. This was very clean and comfortable waiting room, very clean and neat and they even had coffee to offer if you wanted some. Brian was my contact person got me right in and they repaired my tire in a very short amount of time it's very happy so I'd highly recommend RNR tire Express very clean and great people!

Super awesome place. I had a bunch of questions about a possible spare tire for my car that didn’t have one. They answered everything and were super nice. They also patched one of my tires while I waited. When I need new tires. I’ll be coming back.

After a few days waiting to receive the tires I bought online, and taking in consideration that it’s a 3 day weekend due to Labor Day. They where able to get my tire problem resolved. Thank you!!!!!

They are friendly, professional, and prompt. Even though the distributor dropped off the wrong tire, Marco took responsibility and made it right, without me having to ask. They had me in and out the next morning.

Woke up to a nail in the truck tire this morning but had to get to work. Stressed about it all day. Stopped in after work to one tire place and they told me it’d be a couple hours. Decided to find another place hoping to get it fixed sooner and stopped in to RNR. Brian took me right away. I was in and out in no time the customer service was awesome. That’ll be my tire place from now on. Thank you!!

As I was driving to a doctor's appointment this morning, and already very stressed, my 'Tire pressure low. Check pressure in all tires....' light came on. JUST what I needed today. Across the street from my doctor's office I saw 'RNR Tire Express'. When I was seated in the waiting room I googled them and I saw they had 1,890 Reviews and a 4.8 Star Rating. That was all I needed to see! I called them right away and they told me to come in after my appointment was over, no issue. When I arrived Travis greeted me, looked at my car's dashboard message and told me to not worry, we will take your car to the back and check all the tires for you. I was there for only 20 minutes. They inflated my tires, reset the dashboard and verified that there were no leaks, nails, punctures or anything else in any of my tires. They were incredibly nice, helpful and they did NOT talk down to me as a lot of places do when dealing with a woman bringing in her car alone. They also did NOT try to snow me and tell me I needed to buy four new tires. I cannot recommend this place enough! It has been quite a while since I have come across an establishment this professional and helpful. Thank you to Travis and the gentleman who fixed my tires for me (unfortunately, I did not think to get his name before I left). I will DEFINITELY be back for all my tire needs and I HIGHLY recommend RNR Tire Express on Hillsborough Ave. A huge thank you, again, to Travis and your mechanic!!!!
