They was great, but you tell them that you lost everything and your on streets they come and get there tire and the stock rims and then tell you that you can pick them up after 72 hours. Poor

Great Costumer service fast efficient diligent and caring made it happen when other companies wouldn’t Andrew was Awesome he assisted me and broke down everything to me where i understood and was able to show me what I was paying for and gave me an amazing quote as well a big smile I am super satisfied with this experience I would not have it any other way!!!

SCAMMERS!! They sell used tires way overpriced. They take advantage of people. We paid them almost $800 per used tire and at Discount Tire we were able to get the exact same tires from less than $400 brand new! There is much more I could say but I’ll leave it at that! Take your business elsewhere.

I always come here to pay for white walls all the time. I've been a returning customer. Paid over 1600 dollars for a set one time also. They have no problem pulling that up. However I guess if you show up 30 minutes before they close they come up with any reason to not abide by it. I got my tires in 2023. Paid them off in 2023 after a few months and they are going to ask me did I pay it off in 2022, but he's looking right at my account. Then when I asked him if they could pull up the last time I been here for a tire change they said they cannot unless I give them the exact date. They think we are stupid but we are not. And last 2 times they changed my tires with no problem. Then they reconmended to me that I buy a new set and use my back tires as spares. Trying to upsell me when I told them I have a warranty and want to use it. I will not be coming back here no more but will go to their other location, maybe. If you come here, come within at least an hour to spare or else they will not work on your car; that is if you have a warranty of course 😉

Thankful for them! They were closing at 6, I got there at 5:30 and they were able to patch up my tire and make sure I was good to go. Everywhere else was closed or wasn’t taking any new customers. Forever thankful to these guys!

Went in for low tire pressure. Found a puncture. Patched it but I knew it was time for tires. Got a full set of replacement tires for very reasonable price. Quick and pleasant service experience.

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. Not sure what has happened to the 22nd Street location over the last couple months but the customer service is a nightmare! I would avoid coming here if your looking for tires and rims. If you do make the mistake of coming here make sure you don't let you payments fall a couple days behind or they will HARASS you. They will show up to your job while your working demanding payment or they will take the rims I've been a customer with them for over a year and ALWAYS make my payments sure they might be late but they are paid. There is not understanding or empathy here it's either you make your payment on time or they will leave you stranded. Who is ever is running the show their needs to be let go

The staff at RnR have always been very respectful and courteous and gone above and beyond to make me feel like I am getting the best service possible and helped me relax now that when I do have tire issues I know they have me covered and I will be back on the road working as an Uber driver and making my living...

I am honestly walking away from my experience with RnR feeling so good about the whole thing. Irma, Leo, and all of the staff were so kind and helpful. My car ended up being a bit complicated with some quick repairs needed (two broken studs, locking lug nuts w/ no key) but I still got to walk away with four brand new tires and a payment plan. The process was so easy and super smooth. The hardest part was my car! But Leo completely came through and worked his butt off. The WHOLE TEAM made sure I left happy! Thank you all SO MUCH! I will definitely recommend RnR to anyone who needs tires and wheels.

Returning customer. These guys at RNR on 22nd Street are awesome and always take care of me. I inquired online about new wheels and tires for my new truck and not only did they call me by the afternoon, but I brought my truck in and they put the new wheels and tires on the same day! I highly recommend them!
