RNR tires has great people working the only thing I had a issue with is they almost didn't do was after they did my tires i asked about the alignment I had to remind them of it. Because I dont buy tires without it. My daughter also got tires without them doing one. And she walked out with 2 cracked rims that covers the tires. We had to go somewhere else to do her alignment after it was on her paperwork. But other than that they are a decent place.

I know nothing about cars and when I had an issue with 1 of my tires RNR Tire Express was there to help me all the way! Corbin explained to me everything I needed to know about the problem with the tire and gave me the proper explanation of what I needed to do to fix the problem. I am extremely satisfied with RNR and Corbin for resolving my tire problem!!!!

I have went back to RnR 3 or 4 times now for tires on more then one car. They have always been great. They work with you, they get you what you need at a price that works. Then there is the peace of mind that when I get a flat they will get me back on the road again.

They told me my last payment payed it and fast forward to weeks later and they charge my card for another payment…. Just keep track of your receipts cause they will doop you if they can

Very shady place nothing but lies, don’t trust Cara, they came and STOLE my wheels and tires and left my truck sitting on blocks on the ball joints and said “that’s the safest place to put them on” very unhappy, Cara said she had some throw away wheels and tires I could have and when I asked for them she said “ya no we don’t have those” now I might loose my job and won’t have anyway to get to work and feed my kid, -1000/5 stars

My experience with RnR Tire has been horrible. Went in to get new rims and tires. Got approved for their payment program. Paid the downpayment and spoke to the guy about needed a tire to move my car because mine is flat he said we got you but the next worker I spoke to said we can’t help with that so I waited until the next day for the tires to arrive. Mind you my car is on the side of the highway with a flat. Long story short I still don’t have tires and the GM calls and tells me I’m denied. After they took my money for the downpayment.

I’d give 5 stars but I can’t. I have a contract with you guys and I’ve never had a problem, I recently quit my job and you guys hadnt taken out a payment in a minute Cara was rude when she called me about a payment. When I said I will figure something out to get you guys the payment today she got rude again. Never will I go through yall when I’m don’t with my contract.

I had came to get my two front tires replaced and was told to pay for them even though I have a year long warranty. After I showed up in person they finally saw that I had the warranty on my account, so after I was told that the tires would be ordered I could come back the next day to get them replaced. After I come back the next day, they told me that they never ordered the tires and I had to come back hours later, I had already made the thirty minute drive to go out of my way TWICE. I finally came back the third day and I asked them if I could get an alignment but the sales manager told me that it wasn’t included after I paid off my tires but I still have a warranty. I asked how much the alignment was and they said it was 108 after tax, which is a ridiculous price, after everything I had gone through the last three days it at LEAST could’ve been offered at a discount or a complimentary service.

The interaction with the guys at RNR was surprisingly pleasant. No pressure from them whatsoever on trying to upsell. Explained the contract very well and didn't sugarcoat anything.
