If I could put 0 stars I would, they made a mistake this morning on my account but instead of simply apologizing for their mistake the manager lied and blamed it on someone else. Respectfully I don’t care if a robot made the mistake, just apologize. Don’t be rude don’t try to blame it on someone else just apologize especially when you are running a business. I said long before this incident I wouldn’t use them again but truthfully I won’t ever use them nor will my family. Customer service can kill a business so quick and I hope they learn how to treat customers.

Walked in for an alignment. Went in an out less than 30 minutes. While was there I had questions about wheels and tires. There are very helpful in resolving my questions.

10 outta 10 the rnr on south valley mills in Waco has the best customer service they helped me get the wheels and tires that I wanted to put on my jeep and they are cheaper then Texas tire and most of the tire and wheel shops around

Me and my sister took our 2013 jeep compass over here to get an alignment and our tire sensor fixed now our car drives beautifully I give a shout out to the two tire techs that did it they did an amazing job and were chill also give a shout out to their sales men for coming out and helping them out as well thank you Richie Seth and Brandon y’all are rockstars……. I definitely recommend going to r and r tire they do an amazing job at what they do keep up the amazing work you three

Great customer service and very descriptive on how to get tires financed! The actual labor was very quick and they have a great and cleanly lobby to wait and browse for more than tires. They also offer a road side assistance program for a very affordable price and i have not had any issues at all!

I went to the Waco location, on S Valley Mills. The customer service was very friendly, but I feel as if I was manipulated into paying more money for my tires and rims. First, I was given a set amount that I had to pay monthly for my tires, in order to take advantage of the 90 day same as cash. When it was time to make my first payment, I called to pay that amount & the representative informed me that my payment was actually lower than I expected, so I paid the lesser amount. The next month I called to make the payment & the store manager answers the phone. He informed me that the previous month, I did not pay enough and the price that he quoted me that should have been paid, was the original amount that I was attempting to pay the month before. He did apologize & explained to me that he had a lot of new employees, which I did understand, so I did not make a big deal about it. The next month I called to make a payment and asked what the total pay off amount was, so that I could pay my account off and take advantage of the 90 day same as cash. The representative informed me” It’s actually 120 days same as cash, not 90, so you still have time to pay it off without all of the interest.” I’m a single mother who lives pay check to pay check, so I was so excited about that. Fast forward, I called at another time to make my payment to take advantage of the 120 day same as cash & the representative informed me that it’s actually 90 day same as cash & that I was past my 90 days and now I had to pay the extra $2000 in interest. I literally started crying when I got off of the phone, because I felt as if I was taken advantage of and I did not calculate that extra amount in my budget. The staff is always friendly when I speak with them, but the misinformation has cost me all of this extra money when I know it wasn’t my fault that my account wasn’t paid off within the appropriate timeline. Due to this, I would never recommend anyone to rent or lease tires or rims from them. I do believe the other tire repair services that they offer are great though.

I had the best experience here!!! Everyone around town kept telling me they couldn’t fix my tire and I called here and they told me to come immediately and had it fixed within 10 minutes and switched the tires and checked my spare. Brandy was very helpful while I waited and the entire staff was super welcoming.

I stopped in with my wife's car because the tpms light was on, They found a nail in one of the tires. They had to pull it off, patch the tire, and sent me on my way (no charge). Great service and friendly staff, would recommend to EVERYONE. Was in/out in less than 30 minutes.
