Well to start with don't do a warranty fix because it takes forever to get the truck back and then you have to pay money in between because of all the stuff that they find to go with the warranty and they are not a very dependable company. So if you're looking for a work that has to be done if you're using your work truck then you need to go somewhere else because it'll never get back to you.

We opened up a DC location for our company a few years back and the service we were getting for our trucks from a local shop was terrible. Needed to find a better service provider ASAP. We found Road Warrior about a year ago and this is hands down the best fleet service provider I have ever dealt with in my time running trucks. Their sales team is polite and fair with pricing and take feedback well. Randy and his team of techs are second to none. They do just about all of their work on site and rarely require me to bring my units to their shop for repair or inspection. This saves me and my team so much time! Response time is prompt and pricing is fair. They offer 24/7 roadside service to their customers and they have gotten my drivers back on the road from a breakdown multiple times in a very timely fashion! If you are a fleet manager in the Indianapolis or Muncie area you would be doing your company a disservice by not working with Road Warrior Mobile Fleet service for your fleet maintenance needs!!

Have had/been working on my truck since last Friday, truck still isn't fixed and they're not communicating well with us on what needs done and getting the parts that are needed. They've cost me a paycheck this week! Finally got the truck picked up today, 6/8, they up charged us on a part that cost 275$, and charged us over 380$ for the part, ridiculous! Way overcharged us for the work that was done and having it all week supposedly waiting for a part to come in. Find somewhere else to fix your trucks! Unless you like being killed with the bill!!

First and last time using their service. Called on a Friday to utilize their mobile service as the truck wouldn’t start. My driver stood by and watched the mechanic fumble over things and finally the mechanic said it was a sensor. The mechanic picked up the sensor and told us they wouldn’t upcharge us as we had offered to pick it up ourselves next door to where we were parked. Installed sensor. Didn’t start. Spent more time and didn’t find the problem. Spoke to Randy at the office of Road Warrior and he said they would find the problem at the shop and that it needed to be towed there. Another expense. Called Road Warrior on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday as they never initiated a call. Each day it was some excuse to hold my truck. Monday they said I need a new fuel line and they had to order it. Tuesday they said Rush International lost the part. Wednesday they said it was still lost and then I told them I was going to get it towed to another shop. The lady there said at first we thought we would have to make the part and miraculously the part arrived later that same day I said I would tow it and Randy said my truck would be fixed that same day. That didn’t happen. Thursday they said it’s fixed and you can pick it up. Randy handed me the invoice and they upcharged on the part, then I asked for the old fuel line so I could see the issue and they said we don’t have it. They then proceeded to say we made the part for your truck. Randy said we made it because International kept sending us the wrong part. I honestly couldn’t keep up with their lies…..and I’ve only shared a few. Nope…will not be back.
