Hector is a wonderful mechanic. I've come here for years now and have never had an issue. He is upfront, honest and stays within the budget he gives. I've had experience with others who say one price, then after your car is apart it's another price altogether. Hector has always been upfront. I truly appreciate that.

New to Colorado Springs one of my tasks was to find a mechanic I can trust. I found Road Runner and had my oil changed. They did a great job, when it was time for a road trip back to Tennessee I needed a new serpentine belt and my transmission fluid changed, once again they got me scheduled fast. I highly recommend Hector and his family owned business. They are thorough, fast, and very polite and professional.

This is the best car shop I’ve ever experienced. I came in with a ruined motor and they had it fixed in 5 days.. reasonable price, nice staff, reasonably priced, and a quick turn around. I’m super happy with my car runs better than it ever has. Thank you roadrunner fam !!!!!

Highly recommend this shop. Had a coolant leak in my vehicle. Called around and they where able to check my vehicle same day. They where able to locate the leak within 30 minutes. The service was a full days work to fix and they had it completed by end of business day the following day. They also let me know where another fluid leak was and an estimate of its cost.

Hector has been an gem! From the day I walked in needing help with my old beater, he's gone above and beyond to help me with technical issues in my car. He ghetto rigged my AC system so I wouldn't need to pay more to have the whole thing replaced and it works now 🎉The last place I took it did not offer this more affordable fix. I went and bought replacement parts I'll probably never have to use (complete waste of money 🤦🏽‍♀️) before I went to Road Runner. My car is super old and not sure how much longer I'll have it so not trying to spend an arm and leg to fix it up. I highly recommend you take your hard earned cash to Road Runner Auto Repair shop. So I took my 2012 Jeep wrangle in on March 20th in the morning. My Jeep was starting rough and shutting off. They found the problem quickly and made the repair. I had my Jeep back by late afternoon. Great shop and they do excellent work. My Jeep is running great. Thank you so much.

Roadrunner Auto Repair resolved my issue in a timely fashion and was very kind and professional throughout the process. I ran into car trouble while traveling solo in Colorado Springs and was only able to catch my flight out of Denver in time thanks to their quick work. The pricing for the service was reasonable and their waiting area is very clean. Very grateful to the team here for their help.

Here is what happened - I gave Hector a true scenario from the last Mechanic from the day before, Hector said, if he couldn't find the problem with my engine noise, he would not charge me n his diagnosis fee of $100.00 - Hector charged me for half-hour n then charged me $55.00 (that's not half of $100 is it?)+ tax n said that my engine noise was due to (way to long to input) I had mention to Hector that the previous mechanic said, 'its my Camshaft synchronizer' he just wanted Way to much $$$... I ended up Utubing my vehicle make n model n found that the Utube guy is demonstrating the 'Camshaft synchronizer Noise' that Sound like the noise my vehicle is making. I purchased this Camshaft synchronizer' n installed it myself Called Hector back n gave him every Opportunity to make things right, he said, 'he could give me credit' why would I want to use u again if u mis- diagnosed my problem n then wanted to charge me Almost $700 DO NOT TRUST THIS AUTO SHOP - HE'S A LIAR N SCAMMER

I had a great experience with them. I called and explained what was happening to my Xterra and he explained what the cause could be. They were able to get me in quick to diagnose the problem and fixed the problem the same day. It was my U joint on the shaft drive. They fixed my horrible vibration problem and it drives nice and smooth now. There are other non-related things I do need to fix which will be at Roadrunner auto. Thank you guys very much. Great service, work and price.
