We dropped our car off yesterday afternoon to get our inspection done and come to find out we needed our brakes fixed and a few other things (I had a feeling this needed to be done since we have 114,000 miles on our car) and I was not expecting them to get the car done in the few hours up there left open and they are absolutely phenomenal got our car all set. Customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you for taking care of us as always.

Went in for a state inspection and oil change on 2010 Ford Ranger. Arrived at 8 a.m. and was out of there at 8:45. Vehicle needed a third-brake light bulb to pass inspection, they had it in stock and installed it. Quick, friendly, and professional service.

Do not take your vehicle here for an oil change. I left the location and within 2 minutes of driving my low oil pressure light came off and my car smelled of burning oil. I pulled over called the store and the told me to come back. When I turned around I saw a trail about a foot wide of oil along the route I had taken. My car started making a noise and felt weird driving it back all while it is beeping at me and telling me to turn my car off. The tech failed to notice the gasket from the old filter did not come off and he put the new one on with the other still attached. Oil was everywhere under my car. I have pics and video. I don’t know if it did any long term damage, but there was no offer to refund the service just they would pay to have my car cleaned underneath. This delayed 9 students homecoming pictures and was a huge pain. I feel a safety check procedure should be to look at the oil filter and make sure it is intact before putting on the new one. Do not take your car here. Horrible experience!!

I went in for car inspection to get my vehicle registration. Upon arrival I was immediately contacted by a "masked" Tech who told me where to park and where to wait for Registration Car inspection. Waited 40 mins. Total There were 2 cars ahead of me (tech said takes 20 mins a car for inspections. Very polite management. Only 4 people allowed in the lobby. Big screen TV and coffee available. All staff & customer wore "masks". Very well done and a pleasurable experience!

If you want TRUSTWORTHY work, Roadrunner on N TARRANT is the place to go!! I had a computer analysis at an Automotive part store. Other than my oil change and tire rotation I thought I had to spend another $1200.00. They took care of my needs and only had to pay $277.00. Since I thought I was going to spend money I didn’t have I applied for the Drivers Edge credit card. I was instantly approved and I have 6 months to pay for the visit. Vince, Curtis, and the team were professional and courteous. I had great conversations with the other customers waiting. I give this business 5 stars.

I dropped in for a last minute oil change and they were able to get me in very quickly. I bought this vehicle with issues that i knew existed. When they came back with their inspection results they were dead on with the issues i am already working through. Very professional and no upsells that were not time and mileage appropriate. Great service and I will be back. Update, wish i could give more stars! Brought the truck back for repairs for work that was quite time consuming and they punched it out same day! No issues and feels great!
