I've used this shop for oil changes, inspections and general repairs on multiple vehicles for several years and have never been disappointed. These guys are always very friendly, quick, honest, and reasonably priced.

Always fast and thorough. Very friendly. We have used another station in keller, for years. We found Roadrunner about a year ago, we love them. On an oil change, the check everything and give you a complete list of issues or recommendations. They are not pushy at all and are very affordable. Thank you Roadrunner! See you next time.

If you're looking for an honest mechanic here in the North FW area, look no further. Best alignment I have had and has fixed 20,000 miles of shaking in my vehicle where I was told by 2 other places was due to something that was very expensive to fix. They will sell you good tires with 60k warranty for under $100 each and won't try to sell you GoodYear or Bridgestone tires that cost you $200+ like the other popular tire place in the area that makes you feel good about spending way too much on tires that won't last any longer. I have had some rather major work done on two cars here and if you cannot afford to pay it off, they have a finance company that you can pay it off over 6 months interest free.

After having a pretty bad experience at Christian Brother’s I decided to take my car here. I’m so glad I didn’t. Not only did I pay half the price for my repair, but they got it done super fast. The staff was very friendly and kind. I will be recommending Roadrunner to everyone from now on!

We have been going to Roadrunner for over two years and Cliff, Vince, Patrick, and Matthew take very good care of us. Very friendly, professional, and always a pleasure to see and talk to them. They also take pictures of issues and text them to me since customers are not allowed in the bay.

Took my vehicle in. They claimed it needed a new joint and an alignment. Got the car back and the wheel is crooked. Don't go here. They charge wayyyy too much and mess up your car

I’ve been coming here for years. I don’t know who the guy in the office was today but not a fan! Very rude and I’ll no longer come back there. We get 4 cars serviced at road runner so they just lost service.

I have been a customer at this location for many years. Today will be my last visit. January 1, 2025 Texas law Bill 3297, passed during the 88th Legislature in 2023, abolishes the vehicle safety inspection program for non-commercial vehicles. My car is a 2015 Ford Fusion for the record. I made an appointment in December online for emission testing only for 9:00am. I arrive at 8:45 to only be told they are not allowed to take emissions testing appointments now by state mandate and my appointment does not count and I have to wait now but they will do what they can. After 30 minute my Ford was taken back by the test technician and I observed him doing a full documented safety walk around and mechanical testing of my cars, battery, tires, fluid levels and documenting it with pictures, without even starting my emissions test. I have done vehicle maintenance for 48 years and keep my car in very safe running condition and what I observed this morning was not right and I am sure you can guess why they want extra time testing your car beyond what service you thought you were getting. When I inquired as to why this non-consensual or disclosed testing was being done on my vehicle, I was told that it is their company mandate and they are required to do it. Before you sign your electronic signature, ask to see what you are signing and see if you are agreeing to a state mandate test or a full non required safety inspection so they can drum up business. During this time in the waiting room, I was told they were not clear on the new law’s requirement or even what they are supposed to be charging customers for it. As they took all this extra time, I watched them turn customers away due to wait times. The Texas State Attorney Office points out consumer rights. When I inquired why my emissions inspection was not being done, they got argumentative. Again, not something a quality customer oriented corporate held company with a business mission statement focused on customers should do. Shame on Road Runner and its parent company. Educate your employees as laws change and treat customers right and value our time please. Customers have a right to ask questions and advocate for themselves without defensive attitudes so they know what services they are paying for.

We dropped our car off yesterday afternoon to get our inspection done and come to find out we needed our brakes fixed and a few other things (I had a feeling this needed to be done since we have 114,000 miles on our car) and I was not expecting them to get the car done in the few hours up there left open and they are absolutely phenomenal got our car all set. Customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Thank you for taking care of us as always.
