Had a great experience with Jajuan’s service this morning. He’s extremely professional and kind, arrived before time and constantly stayed in touch before arriving regarding his ETA. He thoroughly explained me the work he was doing and even advised me on other repairs my car needed. He did not overcharge or try to sell me other stuff. I’m extremely satisfied

This guy doesn't have insurance and scams people. I don't think this is even a legit business. If it is, the business license will be revoked soon. Super unprofessional. His schedule is at the mercy of being driven around by his cousin, his phone is constantly dead, he had me give CC info over the phone at autozone to purchase what he needed because he didn't have enough to pay it himself, and I kept catching him lying about the stupidest things......Stay away at all costs. There is an open police report about him driving a car he was working on without having his own insurance and then running from the situation punk. Tried working with him to find a solution but he lied and went full weasel-scum and ghosted me.

After calling several places and being stranded for hours with a flat tire, Jujuan came to our rescue at 3 am even though he was not in the area and off the clock. I wish I could give 10 stars my tire was stuck/rusted onto my car and it was poring rain after he tried to get the tire off for 15-20 minutes and just when I thought I would have to call a tow he managed to get it off! He was extremely professional and charged a more than reasonable price.

They ask for an unusual amount of money, and you need to pay in cash or zelle if you are in any trouble at night!

Jajuan is professional, prompt, polite, and reliable. He helped me get to celebrate Christmas Eve with my family by jumping my car in our dreadful Chicago cold! I would recommend him to anyone!
