Made the call and within roughly one hour, he purchased a new battery, delivered and installed. Took old battery as well and handled disposal ( another trip to store) Courteous, prompt professional attire. This is the way. Worth every penny.

The service was so quick. They were honest and didn't overcharge me despite my predicament knowing I had no options really so over charging me would have been the common business practice. I would've taken the upcharge in price seeing how they came to my residence to evaluate the tire, left and came back quickly with a new replacement. They remained in constant communication with me about prices, options & the eta. They may not be open 24/7 BUT they're open close to that. I won't use anyone else or recommend anyone else if I'm in the same jam or someone I know is. THANKS AGAIN GUYS! ✌️

If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would! I got a flat tire driving into Memphis Airport. I had a flight to catch and no time to figure out what I was going to do. I contacted Roadside Tire & Battery while on vacation and Scott got back to me immediately with a plan. He had my tire fixed and ready to go before I ever got back from my vacation. I cannot say enough how much worry and stress that took from me. Thank you, Scott! If I ever needed anything again while in the Memphis area, Roadside Tire & Battery will be the first place I call. I cannot recommend enough!!

I contacted Scott about replacing my car battery and within 30 minutes he was at my house and promptly had it switched it out. Very quick and professional service at a fair price. Highly recommend! EDIT: I contacted Scott again recently to replace my car battery after it died from being parked for too long. He was promptly at my house in 5 minutes and instead of just charging me for a new battery - he brought the battery to his house to see if he could recharge it first. He brought my charged battery back the next day and it worked like new! He didn’t even charge me for his time. Scott is genuinely kind and trustworthy! I won’t be using anyone else!
