If you want your vehicle fixed then find somewhere else to go. Dropped my truck off at 9am for an alignment and oil change. Was told oil change would be done in an hour and the alignment would be done between 3 and 4. Didn't get a call til 4 and was told it needed all new front end parts (some of the parts have been replaced recently already) and they didn't bother to do the oil change. My truck never moved from the spot I parked it that morning. So I'm guessing they're just lazy and didn't wanna do their jobs.

I recently had work done on my car here. I got new front breaks and rotors, new back breaks, new sparks plugs and wires, water pump, timing chain, 2 new front tires, and an oil change and I got a really fair price on it. They are very professional here! I really advise you to bring your car here if you need any work done. I'll will be doing all future work on my car here and oil changes from now on. This is deffinetly the place to go!

The best shop in town for what they do. I have bought tires, had AC work done, tire rotations. Everything they have done for me is perfect and a great price. Great fast, friendly, service, fair pricing. They have a customer for life with me 😊😊😊

They do a amazing job getting our work vans in and checked through after each trip. And very upfront about cost. Also one of the cheaper places around. Have peace of mind knowing our vans are safe.Will continue to use them.

Average experience with this location. We almost always take our cars here for oil changes and brake jobs because it's a close location to our work and my husband likes the manager. When I'm only paying for an oil change I really don't expect them to rotate/balance tires so most of the time I don't think twice about it but 3x in the last year of visits I've specifically asked to have my tires rotated and balanced (if it's an extra cost, that's fine, I'll pay it), they say they'll do it but every time I've gotten my car back it clearly has not been done. The last two times I've taken it back up there to have it completed but at this point I'm pretty well agitated, I'll probably be finding a new place to go from now on.

I experienced a problem with a new set of tires bought at a different store than the Robertson’s at 43rd and Mingo. They could not correct the issue of vibration. Allen, the manager at the Mingo store was empathetic and took ownership to identify the cause and then took action to correct. I highly recommend Allen and his team for your car service needs. It’s refreshing to find a manager of a business that truly cares about customers.

I had a tire that was going flat constantly and we took this tire to three different shops. We live in Bartlesville we had it checked in Tulsa and Bartlesville by multiple licensed businesses. Neither of these business could find anything wrong with it. Well I have dealt with Zach Nixon before and I told my husband let’s take it to Robertson’s Tire back in Tulsa we had positive business before. We walked in not even five minutes later they found the problem. Then they realized our battery in our car was bar which we had been having problems so for an affordable price we got a battery for our car and a free tire fix. Thank you again Zach Nixon for a job well done. We appreciate you and hope you get a raise for your hospitality and respectful customer service. He always goes above and beyond his duty. He listens to the customer

Allen at the Mingo store always helps me with my car when it’s not something I have to take to the dealership to fix! They are honest and reliable and I appreciate that most being a single woman who knows nothing about fixing cars. They have been my go to for 20 years and will be for 20 plus more!

Extremely positive experience here! These guys had me handled first thing at open, had my tire bought, ordered, shipped, and installed within an hr and a half! They accommodated me wonderfully and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as good as possible. Cannot thank this team of people enough they are great! The location in particular is this one on Mingo!

We are on a road trip and I just got new tires. My tire had a leak so we found this place and prayed we’d get in and out with 3 kids and 2 dogs. They fixed it in no time and customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this place!

Started going to Robertson in 2013 when I moved to Tulsa. My son-in-law recommended them. Now wouldn’t go anywhere else for maintenance, tires or repairs. They kept a 2006 Saturn Ion and now a 2016 Toyota Corolla in tiptop shape. When they made a mistake (and that was a very, very rare occurrence) they made it better than right. I usually work with Kevin however all the guys are helpful, professional and clear in their communication. As an older, yet not completely ignorant, woman, I trust their advice about my car. Robertson Tire is a great place to get your vehicle taken care of! Thanks guys!

I needed new tires for my van. I wanted five so the spare was the same tread. The rack underneath the van malfunctioned as the technician was putting the spare up. I guess that happens when they don't get used often. Since it's a vintage vehicle I would guess those parts are hard to come by but they located one and installed it for me. Top notch and first class five star service.

I recently had a weird clunking noise with my car and took it in here and I had the best experience. It felt like they treated me like family. They took care of it and thoroughly explained everything. It was a fair price and called me to follow up and make sure everything was good after the repair. I will not go anywhere else!
