The guys at this Robertson tires were super friendly and helpful. Came in with a nail in a 2 month old tire figuring that it was going to be too close to the edge to patch. They said they could absolutely patch it and then didn’t even charge me for it. Great end to an otherwise annoying situation!

The staff at this place are so awesome! Had a nail in my tire and wanted it taken out and fix the tire. Not only did they fixed it they did it for free. You don’t find this kind of service anymore. Thank you guys!

Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly—and in this age where it feels like everybody tries to exploit any opportunity to squeeze as much money out of you as possible, these folks do not! Definitely going back here when it’s time for new tires.

My wife and I were in tulsa, visiting our grandchildren last weekend. While out shopping Saturday afternoon, our 2013 Chrysler Town and Country minivan started to overheat very quickly while at a stop light. Very lucky for us. It was on the corner by Robertson's Tire. Monday morning, when they opened, my wife and son went up there to ask if they could look at the van. They were very professional and very prompt, with taking a look. Excellent customer service from the very start. They got the van in and suspected it was just a thermostat, but they would test the entire system to make sure. After replacing the thermostat, they tested the system again and were very confident that that was the only problem. The complete repair actually came in at less than what they quoted us. They did not try to upsell anything. They explained everything very clearly and simply. My wife was able to drive back to Dallas Monday night. I got lucky because of business and had to fly back on Sunday! My wife said this is one of the best experiences she has ever had with any mechanic shop. These guys are five stars in every category. If you're looking for an honest group of people that take pride in the work they do, Robertson Tire is the place to go. 5 stars in every way!!!

The employees of Robertson tire have always been wonderful no matter what store I visit!! I got a 6 inch nail in my tire at some point and they had it out and fixed plus all my lug nuts swapped out in under an hour!!

Stopped in to have a tire plugged that another shop tried to deny a plug and force me into FOUR new tires… Robertson took care of me at NO charge and under 30 minutes! And they even bought some Girl Scout cookies from my daughter. Highly recommend this place- very honest, especially to women, high-end vehicles. No up selling here!

I love going to Robertson Tires. I can trust that they will properly diagnose the issue I am having and not overcharge, or capitalize off of my ignorance. I have gone to several different locations in Tulsa and the guys at all of them are awesome. They all are men of great integrity and kindness. I have self diagnosed some major problems and they simply tell me I am wrong and and fix the simple issue. They also have no problem referring out to other shops if I want a second opinion. The best way I can describe them vibe of Robertson is that they are the best big brother a girl could ask for. I am grateful a friend suggested them when I moved to Tulsa a few years ago.

I went in to have a flat repaired and ask about a quote for new tires since I knew I would have to replace soon. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable on the tires. They didn't try to upsell me, but presented a good middle of the line tire and the prices of the tires seemed competitive for similar name brands elsewhere. Plus, no charge for the flat!

My husband and I pulled in to Robertson Tire and didn’t realize they closed at 2pm on a Saturday. Mike went above and beyond to help us fix a valve stem issue even though they were closed. So me and my husband took the car in on December 6th 2023 for a oil change tire rotation and new tires. The gentlemen who helped us was 100% awesome! But they had feces on the wall under the toilet paper holder the sink was gross and they had left feces all in the toilet. Also we were watching the TV waiting for the car to be done and one of the guys he was rude wearing a gray cap and he should have been in the back working on cars decided he was gonna come over and turn the TV down because he didn't wanna listen to the lady on the news. This same gentlemen told his boss when he told him to get tires from the warehouse that we could wait and that he didn't care that it was for a customer. You don't treat people that way this guy shouldn't even have a job 🙄 you don't treat customers that way telling them they have to wait or turning the TV down when they should be working not worried about the TV. They need Professional cleaning in their womens bathroom 🚻 probably both you don't leave feces on the wall that's nasty what if a child walked in there and stuck their hands in it and then in their mouth. The health department should be called something gross!!!!

Yesterday I went into Robertson tire and patiently waited for my truck to be looked at and fixed. Everyone there was friendly and went above and beyond for me . They had to order the part and today they fixed it . Such friendly people there to go out of there way to make my day better and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Great customer service . Will proudly be going back and they have my service from now on. !
