I just took my car to Robertson Tire because one of my tires was leaking air. I was fully prepared to have the Tire replaced and the gentleman behind the counter said they would look first to see if it needed to be replaced or just repaired. He found a nail in the Tire and they didn't charge me! He could of easily sold me a tire and I would've paid not knowing any better. I will definitely be back! This made my day!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would!!! My boyfriend took his car in for a flat on his tire , right when he got there he told the guy that he didn’t have a spare at all whatsoever so from the jump there was absolutely no reason to be in the car PERIOD , two days later they told my boyfriend he could come pick up the car so as soon as he arrived he didn’t notice anything wrong with the car until he got all the way back home and realized our child’s stroller was missing from the trunk so we decided to go back up there , finally after 3 times of us going up there the manager offered to replace our stroller but refused on watching cameras to figure out what exactly happened , regardless if it wasn’t a worker that took our child’s stroller they still out at fault for leaving my boyfriends car unlocked when already told there was no reason for them to be in the car and the stroller had never even gotten the chance to be used so I’m just beyond upset about this experience and would not recommend anyone to leave there vehicles in their hands.

Very happy with the service. Very friendly. Wish they had appointments. Walk in only. Had to wait an hour before they could get to my car. I only had a nail in my tire. If I had had an appointment I would not had to wait so long. I like the service and people so will recommend and go again but knowing I have nothing else I have to do in that day so I can sit and wait. Bring a good book.

Would not recommend if you prefer decent customer service. Also, not first come first service. Rude, dismissive, and zero communication unless you do all the work as the customer.

I came in and I had ordered 4 tires and they were at shop, it took 2 hours for them to pull in my car , it looks like they to hire more tire techs, the 2 there were working hard and being very fast paced and need to be recognized. The quality of work was great, just the matter of time could have been less if you all had more people .

If I could give this shop 0 stars I would! Decent customer service means nothing when the work done is poor quality. I bought two news tires from them in December last year and within less than a year, this month, was told I needed another tire to replace one of the new tires I previously purchased from them. I initially went to them the first time because one of my rear tires had a flat and a new tire was needed and was told the other rear tire was very old, which I knew. Therefore I figured I get both rear tires replaced at the same time. When my car was given back the "tire needs air" light was on and didn't go off. I informed the shop and they said I would need to take it to a dealership and have the car reset. I don't know much about cars and never had this issue before so I assumed they were right. Well the light never went off and since my car is almost 20 years old I figured, it was just something that I had to deal with. About a month later that rear passenger tire was slightly flat and I couldn't understand why. Nonetheless I went to the shop and filled it with air and sent me on my way. About once a month or every other I was returning to the shop because that same new tire was slightly deflated. Well last week I come outside to see my tire is completely flat and go straight to Roberston Tire on S Peoria. I was basically told I need another tire and after having to prove that the tire was bought at that shop, I was told that because I didn't purchase a warranty for the tire there was nothing they could do unless I wanted to buy another tire. I left, very upset, and found a local shop to go to and got a used tire to replace it. The local shop. Once the tire was fixed and my "tire needs air" light that had been on for almost a year since my new tires were bought and installed by Robertson Tire, suddenly turned off. I was told by the guy who replaced my tire that the previous tire was not installed correctly which probably lead to the ongoing issues I've had with that tire for about a year. Clearly a tire shop should know how to properly install a tire but when it comes to Robertson, I now realize I was wrong. I guess it doesn't make sense to do quality work when instead you can do crappy work and then charge the customer for a new tire again and make more money. I don't usually write reviews often but having moved to Tulsa through the Tulsa Remote program to make Tulsa my new home, I will be informing everyone I know and the 3,000 plus members of Tulsa Remote to not use this business (and any of their locations for any service). DO NOT GO TO ROBERSTON TIRE FOR ANY SERVICE!

The technicians at this location improperly installed my brake pads, leading to warped rotors and damaged calipers. The initial repair caused further issues, and I now have to spend more to fix them. Just several months after the brake pads were replaced here, I experienced significant shakiness while driving. Two other repair shops confirmed the same problem after inspecting the vehicle. While this place might be okay for tire changes, I wouldn’t recommend them for brake or rotor work.

Your response is NOT accurate, 1) I was the 3rd person to check in that morning, 2) was told it could take longer of you needed parts which was not the case and 3) you knew when I called at 2PM that you needed to try updating your software and not 2 minutes after I called you called back to say you could not update. Bottom line someone should have apologized versus one Manager sitting in the back office mouthing off and the other Manager standing in the shop vaping. Went to the store yesterday to specifically ask if they could change the brake pads on my car, was told no problem, took my car in this morning at 7:30AM (3rd person in line), at 2PM I called to be told that they could not change my brake pads because they did have a tool to work on my car. They had my car over 6 hours and never bothered to call me, essentially wasted an entire day and now I need to take my car tomorrow to the dealership to have the work completed. There was no apology, nothing! Brad the district manager said they should have known they couldn’t work on my car due to the technology, very frustrating.

Excellent service on new brakes and new tires. The manager, Keith Combs, went above and beyond to provide spectacular customer service on a few issues I had with my truck. I highly recommend and will not go anywhere else in town.

Yesterday I went to Bixby at 4:20 and they didn't want to attend me to change my oil, I called the memorial and neither. Today I came to the worst at 4:30 and they were TOO kind and I was able to change my oil, they were also very kind to my baby and my puppy

Robertson Tire in Brookside is THEE BEST. Hands down. Their "people skills" are second to none: they greet everyone who comes through the door, no matter how busy they are.( If you haven't noticed, that's a lost art these days...)They are welcoming, professional, and kind. They don't give you a big sales pitch; they just get right to what you need and want for your car. They are honest and friendly. Just a great group of folks. They used to be known as the Bearded Brigade--Kyle, Keith, and and other rascals--but now they have Katie on board and so we've renamed them: The Nicest Damn People You'll Ever Meet. Katie is a wonderful addition who has been in the car business for a couple decades. Very knowledgeable. All in all, if you don't take your car here you're missing out on top notch expertise and service... with a little fun thrown in.

These guys just lied to me to kick my work for the day. Said my tie rods are bad. I own an auto repair shop and just don’t have an alignment machine. My lead tech and I inspected my tie rods last night. They are not brand new but they don’t have any play in them. I was told they are loose and have play in them and that is a straight up lie.

usually great service however this visit was disappointing. looking for 4 new tires for my pickup. didn't give me options or availability and seemed indifferent. got my tires elsewhere. hope all locations are not the same and this was an isolated deal.

We were in the Tulsa area from OKC and noticed a nail in one of my tires. Robertson’s helped me get it quickly patched up at no cost! Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
