Had a flat and a business meeting at 11 and they got it done ASAP. Over the years, they’ve always taken care of me in my car and maybe not as cheap as a discount place but close and the extra services they offer if you’re not going there and giving them your business shame on you love these guys

Let me tell you guys about this place, it's definitely a two 👎👎 down when it comes to getting your car serviced here! Let me tell you about it, I dropped my car off early one morning around 8ish to get a wheel alignment and by noon my car was still sitting by 1 o'clock that afternoon it was said they wasn't going to be able to get it in after being told to bring it in early and they can service my car. I ended up taking my vehicle over to Hibbon tires and got the hook-up on my wheel alignment and guess what guys & gals I got the lifetime warranty on our vehicle and now I'm a happy camper!

They were really rude, had to take my company truck to get tire check and after a week tire was still bad when they said they fixed it and not only that but about a year ago they left my personal car wheel nuts loose

3rd generation customer. I’ve always used them for tires or oil changes. I walked through the doors as it opened at 7:30 needing a simple oil change and tire rotation. It took almost 3 hours. Not acceptable.

HAD A BLOW OUT WHILE MAKING A CATERING DELIVERY. THESE GUYS TEAMED TOGETHER TO GET US BACK ON THE ROAD IN LITERALY, 10 MINUTE'S. ALL THE GUYS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MUCH APPRECIATED. GREAT JOB!!!

Had a tire needing a plug so I found Robertson Tire.Very good customer service and the customer service crew actually has a good sense of humor the waiting area was clean and comfortable with a big screen TV and a coffee area.What got me the most was when the work was done and I was handed my keys and I was ready to pay for fixing my tire I was told there is no charge.Umm I was baffled and said what? "THERES NO CHARGE "SAID the agent he also said we take care of our customers and when you need tires in the future hopefully you will consider us...Well they have my attention and future services.Thank you Robertson Tire for your services today and thank you to the technician that fixed my tire.YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME.

If you ever have a bad experience at Robertson tires, it's probably only because you were unlucky enough to get rare bad employee. These guys are great. I Visit 3 of their shops on a regular basis of the kind of work I do. What blows my mind is that they actually give a #$%@ about what they do and they want to keep your business. I'm not joking. I stand behind these Robertson tires, simply because they have never tried to bulls^%$ me

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, NOT A professional mechanic shop. They should just sell tires or employ competent mechanics that won't screw up "customers"vehicles. If you want them to break your car intentionally and cause more damage, by incompetence and/or neglect. Then they try to charge you for their obvious screw up they were supposed to fix in the first place. Then you should expect your vehicle to break down after they touch it, better have a tow truck on speed dial (usually about $175)you're gonna need it if Roberson's touches your car. I would avoid at all costs, horrible experience, horrible management and horrible customer service.

I can’t say enough about their exceptional service! Had a nightmare to deal with after my daughter wrecked her car. Justin went above and beyond to help me between the insurance adjuster and the body shop. Extremely professional and great communication. Highly knowledgeable and made sure the job was done correctly. Can’t recommend them enough!

I highly recommend Robertson tire they found and fixed everything on my 2018 Silverado and called to let me know that it was going to cost more and getting my approval to do the work. I was very pleased with the way I was treated. Robertson tire has gained my buisness and I will use them from now on.

ROB needs to be trained in management skills because he has none! He de-moralizes and talks down to females in front of other staff. Very unprofessional person. I have bought several sets of tires from this location in the past as have many people I work with because it is close by our clinic for convenient drop off and pick up. After seeing what he did to my co-worker today over the road hazard warranty I will not be returning and everyone at our place of employment will no longer buy tires from this location as well. Shame on you ROB for being such a donkey!
