I called and spoke with Shane on my way home from work because my tire pressure light came on. He told me that I could come by and he'd check my tires for me. When I got there, he walked outside to meet me. We talked about what I thought was wrong, and then he took a look. He reported back to me when he found the problem, and then he went and fixed it within ten minutes. He was very professional and efficient. Thank you, Shane!

I went in with neighbors tire in need of repair. These got the tire fixed right up were extremely friendly. I highly recommend them for any of your tire or mechanical needs.

Excellent experience! Had a quality experience at this location before. Went for a tire rotation. Told me it would be an hour and half. Felt like it was done earlier than told. Obviously a good thing for a customer. They treat you good. Professional courteous and efficient. I'm an average Joe customer who doesn't require high maintenance. I was pleased with the overall experience and plan on being a repeat customer! Thanks Fellas!

Manager was super nice when I went in to get an oil change. I left my car and he called me a few hours later to let me know that I needed an engine filter. I let him know that I would check with my husband. After I declined this service he hung up in my face without letting me know my car was ready. We decided to just go up there to see if my car was ready when we arrived it was sitting in the parking lot. My husband and I went inside and it was a caucasian woman in line in front of me and the manager was being nice and friendly with her; when it was my turn he didn’t acknowledge me just handed me my key and said sign here. I had to ask him are we done he just said yeah. Then I said thank you and left. No reply! 🤔

***update*** they are bringing an oil cap and oil by and they are going to wash it down. I'm relieved. I was upset after dealing with a hard day at work and I understand people make mistakes. I am beyond angry right now. I had my oil changed earlier today here and drove to work. I came home from work and was smelling oil and exhaust and my car sounded a little louder than normal. Opened the hood with the car running and got a face full of oil splashed on me. Glad I was wearing glasses. The oil cap is missing from the engine. Now my engine compartment is covered in oil and I can't do anything about it until tomorrow morning. Giving them a chance to fix it tomorrow. Will update this review then.

I had a leaking tire this morning. My grandson and I stopped at Robertson tire and it was repaired at no charge. I was in and out in 30 minutes. The guys were professional and friendly.

I come to this location every time I need an oil change or tires are even advice on my car. These guys are always honest. They let me know if there’s any deals to be had get my vehicle in and out of there and record time. Manny does a good job of running a tight ship, Joe did my tires again in record time. New update: I just wanted to add an update since my last review is so old but I seriously love these guys. I'm so glad they are near my house. They have helped me so many times. This most recent time I had a piece of metal in my tire. They told me it would be two hours. I told them I'd need to figure something out then because I had to be at work in 2hrs. Then because it just needed a patch they were able to quickly patch it and send me on my way. A++ Old review: These guys have always been wonderful every time I've come in. They have helped me with patching multiple tires and a couple other repairs. They never try to sell me things I don't need. They are always friendly and conscious of my time and money.

This is a really great Robertson Tire with professional polite helpful staff. We were having work done on one of our two cars, tires and alignment, our one remaining care, we ran over a nail, and we had time problems because we had to go to work. Robertson was able to squeeze in an emergency tire repair, and we are really grateful. I know they are super busy and we thank you for your flexibility.

Michael and the mechanics here are FANTASTIC!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I came in after buying new tires to get an alignment and they found that the budget tire company had DESTROYED my lug nuts during the tire install and advised me how many were damaged. After paying for my visit, I saw their sign promoting oil changes and Michael was quick to say they'd pull me right back in to get me taken care of. If I lived here this would be my first choice for car maintenance and repair!

I went to this location today for new tires. I had previously bought a tire at a different Robertson tire location and had a great experience there, so I decided to try this location since it is much nearer where I live. I am glad I did! I called first and Michael said they could get the tires there in 30 minutes. They were pretty busy but it wasn’t a long wait. I’m happy with the new tires and Michael and Manny were awesome! Very friendly and helpful. I plan to start taking my car there for oil changes too. I highly recommend Robertson Tire!

When I called the 21st and 145th location, Michael answered and was very professional and helpful. When I arrived about 30 minutes later, I could tell they were busy because the bays were full and the parking lot was at around 50-60% capacity. Michael worked me in almost immediately and was able to address/resolve the issue I was having with my tire pressure monitoring system very quickly. I would definitely recommend the 21st and 145th location for fast, knowledgeable, professional service. Thanks again Michael!
