We brought my car in for an issue I was having. With my windshield wiper fluid not spraying. They said I needed a new pump. Partially covered under my warranty. Price stung a bit but okay. Two and a half months later having the same issue. Talked to the guy before said to bring it in. I moved to another state so took the opportunity to visit my family. They say the liquid coagulated (not covered under warranty) and they would have to take the whole tank out. Quoted me another good chunk. The second diagnostic cost me with tax $202 and some change. I’m not sure why they didn’t catch it before the first time, but it has been impossible to talk to a manager without on the phone. She called back once out of the four times I tried to call her and I was busy at work. I talked to two of there workers before that trying to see if I could get any of my money back from the diagnostic. I know it would be a long shot seeing as how it was handled from the beginning. If I had know I would be charged for a second diagnostic I would have gone somewhere in my city but their worker Nick said I should bring it back since that’s where I went for the original same issue. I should have just gone to Hollingsworth instead of being lazy and going somewhere closer to my family home. I’m mainly frustrated on the difficulty of getting a call back.

Work takes 2-3 times as long as quoted and they won't communicate with you. We dropped off a car with a clogged sunroof drain. We were told it would be 24-48 hours before they could diagnose the problem. Four business days passed with zero updates. I called multiple times a day asking if they had at least looked at it yet--no update. I had to ask to speak to a manager before they would even start to look at it. In the end it felt like we were charged a ridiculous amount for the privilege of Robinson Brothers holding our car hostage for a week. We won't be doing business with them again and I don't recommend them for others.

Robinson brother Ford is an amazing place to shop if you're in the market for a new car used car. Any car they Are your people to go to!

I brought a fleet vehicle to them for some repairs. I realize it takes time for approvals from leasing companies but it has been a month in the shop. My advisor has been nice, but the past couple of days he hasn't been answering my calls or responding to my voicemails. I just want to be kept informed about the repairs. I am in the market for a personal vehicle, but this experience has got not wanting to buy domestic. If service is backed up this much, Ford isn't a car I want to own.

The experience with service has been exceptional. From me calling to get an appointment to bringing my car in. Nick Borne was my advisor, he was attentive and gave me the information I needed, he listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car for repairs. I had been to 3 other dealerships in baton rouge and I wasn’t given proper service so I saw that there was a Robinson Brothers Ford and decided to bring it here, I’m so happy I decided to come here, the service dept here is excellent . I will always come back to Robinson brothers Baton Rouge for my 2020 Ford Mustang. I wish I could give 10 ⭐️s

This business is going backwards in their service department. I went in for some preventative maintenance on my Ford F150, and I now have a bigger issue with my transmission, which is believed to have been caused by their technician. In discussing the matter with their employee, their attitude seems to be very unconcerned and down right dismissive. I was always very satisfied with the quality of work I'd received before this visit, but I will never bring any vehicle I own to this place of business ever again. Thanks but NO THANKS!!!

Yes I did look over their internet pages to see what the big places have in stock. They started calling me the next day and texting me several times, so what, I was just looking at their inventory. How in the hell did they get my info so fast. If I had a question, I would have called them. I am from a small town and I do business with the places that help sponsor my kids baseball team. Oh, they donated for years, for our schools sponsor for the sports banquet at the end of the school year. So I bought my wife’s SUV’s there and my big pick up trucks at my local dealership for over 40 years. Thanks and thanks for the little stores who take the risk of being small but carry a big ink pen!!

they just stole my money, charged for a problem and didn't fix it, the truck was back in the tayer for 3 more days and they didn't check it, I had to take it to a real tayer

Vehicle in shop for a recall issue. Had a 9:00 am scheduled drop off. Service adviser signed me in about 9:15 and advised car would be ready for pick up in 48 hours. The dealership provided no loaner vehicle or rental offered while my vehicle was in for a recall issue. Actually i give rating of 3.5 and not 4.0.
