I had an excellent experience with Robinwood Automotive and Tire. Their service is top-notch, and the pricing is very reasonable. They saved me $4000 on a repair that was quoted by Bommarito Ford, even after I showed them the Ford estimate. Unlike many dealerships, they don't hit you with upfront charges just to diagnose the problem. The customer service is outstanding—Mark Hacker was especially courteous and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend them for any auto repair needs. If you're looking to spend a few hundred extra dollars for a "free" muffin and coffee, then go to a dealer, but if you want honest service and fair pricing, Robinwood is the place to go!

Don’t recommend!..first of all they charge top dollar for sub par work..took my car in to have motor in window repaired or replaced , and now the window acts crazy at times with the panel for the window up down buttons not properly set. My daughter dropped her car off and told me she specifically told the man that’s always at the desk that she only wanted her front brake pads replaced and to call her with the estimate. Instead ROBBING Wood decided on there own to do unauthorized work on my daughter’s car and replaced her rotors (that she didn’t ask for!) without her permission and never bothered to call and give her an estimate on the unauthorized work that was $480. ROBBING wood took advantage of my daughter and not only will she not do anymore business with them, NEITHER WILL I!!! I highly don’t recommend doing business with ROBBING wood. Then they had the audacity to be rude to her the entire time from setting her appointment all the way up to the crooked work they performed. There’s nothing worse than seeing your child mentally and physically hurt and upset because someone did something wrong to them😡!. I feel bad because I referred my daughter to ROBBING wood thinking they would take care of her anytime she went there, but instead they took advantage of her and stole her hard earned money! VERY DISAPPOINTED 😡!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best shop , my family and I have been getting our cars serviced here , fixed etc for years ! They diagnose your issue quickly and keep you in the loop each move they make concerning your vehicle. OHHHH & let’s not forget the warranties they will give you for doing business with them ! I don’t trust people under the hoods of my cars whenever it’s an issue I trust in Robinwood , they genuinely care and will get that car back on the road Thank you ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just picked up my car from service for a mystereous and intermittent starting problem. After a thorough and well documented series of tests they identified the problem (bent key not sending security signal, starter won't engage), suggested I should use my second key and replace original. I have been looking for a local service provider for some time and I finally found one. Knowledgeable, attention to detail and amazingly fair, I'd recommend them highly.

Strongly do not recommend. I’ve taken my vehicle here a number of times & it breaks down a day or two later. This place isn’t cheap & they don’t work with u knowing the work is unsatisfactory.

I’ve been taking my auto to these guys for over five years. My only disappointment was one time I did have an appointment and had to stand in-line behind two customers already at the counter. But the five minutes was worth it. Got outstanding service and learned a bit about my vehicle. These guy are top-of-the-line at a reasonable cost.
