Robs Auto Body in Mesa is wonderful. My car was treated with great care and the job was finished in a timely manner. Not only that but my car was very clean when I got it back from repairs too. Dusty provided amazing customer service as he was very kind and helpful! He had a great attitude every time we spoke about my cars repairs. Dusty went above and beyond and had great communication going over everything. I will definitely return to Robs Auto Body and refer this place to everyone! Thank you Dusty! I appreciate it.

Contacted Rob's Auto Body for some paint work on our 1993 Mustang Cobra. From start to finish, communication was excellent. They assessed the job and made recommendations based on what they thought best to complete the job to our satisfaction. The job was completed in a week and we are very satisfied with the outcome. It was a challenging job and they satisfied our expectations. Would highly recommend their services.

My front bumper cover was literally falling off my '09 Nissan Maxima. Dusty helped me with an estimate and I picked my car up 3 days later. They did an outstanding job, I could not be happier. They even detailed my car before I picked it up! These guys are pros and they will not disappoint. They definitely deserve 5 stars.

I called the Shop which was closed but the owner Robert Strle answered the phone very polite and caring. Today Manager Dusty Price greeted me with a big smile as if I was already a costumer! Without an appointment, He took my car right in and they fixed my car right away! It was a small issue after all but I must to say that, his honesty and kindness were almost chocking... So don't hesitate to go to ROB'S AUTO BODY Mesa, AZ if you're looking for honesty, professionalism and kindness in an Auto Shop! Thanks Mr Price,

I took my car to Rob's after being rear ended in a hit and run. The insurance company wanted to total the car. I took my car to Rob's to get a second opinion. Rob and his team accessed the vehicle and gave me great information and options. I really appreciate their insights and help and will definitely bring my cars back and recommend to friends.

I couldn't be happier with Rob's Auto Body Shop. We had some wheel well damage that was hitting the tire. We took it in and said we hoped to get the car drivable while we waited to see what insurance would pay for the fix. They did the work quickly and at a reasonable price. It's the second time I've used Rob's Auto Body and I will go to them for all future body work needs.

Took my truck of only 5 weeks in to have a sever scratch and dent removed. Not only did Robs come in on the price we discussed, it was delivered back to me on the date promised. I hope I don't need Robs services again, but I will not hesitate to go back to Robs auto body.

Cannot speak on the quality of work of these guys, but I can absolutely speak on the horrendous quality of individuals I encountered. Came in during regular business hours on a Thursday to see about an estimate. The gentleman there was very rushed, I let him know I was open to scheduling an appointment, he came out to my vehicle, took one look at it, and declared he knew the answer to the fix of the vehicle (which I was fine with). Then we walked back inside, and I asked if I could set up an appointment. He told me to come back Monday just to set up the appointment for a later date. I asked if we could just set up the appointment now and he absolutely refused, started getting frustrated and argumentative. I brought it to his attention that regular business hours were still in affect and that I’d like to go ahead and get the appointment set. He continued to claim he had to leave (over an hour before the business was supposed to close) and would not set an appointment. Instead, he suggested I write down my number and he would see about getting back to me. Wouldn’t recommend spending money or wasting time with these people who are too important to take less than 5 minutes out of their day to set an appointment that would make their business revenue. Honestly pretty laughable at how big of jerks these guys are.

Just picked up my car after getting repaired by Rob and he and his team did amazing work! I got my rear bumper and trunk replaced and encountered many insurance issues throughout the duration of this process and Rob was very patient and kind throughout this frustrating time! The paint on my car is also a very difficult off white color with flakes and they color matched perfectly! Thank you Rob for the amazing work and your flexibility!

Rob's Auto body really came to the rescue! Body shops are normally busy in this season due to winter visitors. But he answered our questions and concerns with only patience and reassurances. He suggested a tow company and they came right away and billed the body shop. Rob gave us a realistic time line and told us what to expect with the insurance company. It was a front-end hit, so there was a bit of back and forth with the insurance company and the body shop; but Rob handled all of that for us! This is what you can expect when you have a veteran on your side. He made sure we had original equipment manufacturer parts and the results make it seem that the vehicle was never in an accident. We have reserved judgement for the week to be sure... and the repair work is perfect and the vehicle is running great! It is also comforting to know Rob warranties his repairs for a lifetime. Rob’s Auto Body saves the day. I took some parts to Robs after my other painter flaked on me, should have went back here from the beginning. Not only did they step up and finish spraying the last of my parts, they matched the color exactly , even with my custom mixed pearl orange, the final outcome can vary with pressure, distance , pattern , coverage , coats. But me fears were put to rest when getting the parts home and they were dead on. Not only did they match, the speed at which they were completed was amazing. I’ve used this shop in the past when it was Mikes Collision, and it’s good to know the quality is still there and people still care. Take all of your repair needs to Rob’s for top tier work , custom or not. They will take care of you .

I had a little accident where I was backing out of my garage, got distracted, and hit my mirror on the side of the garage door. We tried to call another place (right next to Rob’s) 10 times and no answer. Left a message, no call back. Called Rob and was able to get an estimate same day. He ordered the part and was able to get it in less than a week. We took in our car, he said he would stay late to get it done if we wanted… we told him next day would be great. He had it ready for us after we got off work. Great guy, impeccable customer service. We will be using Rob for all future auto body work! Look no further, just call Rob! :)

Rob knows how to battle an insurance company that gives you a low-ball estimate. We were over $4K apart. Insurance paid all of it. I won't go elsewhere.

We were at a Mesa restaurant late Friday afternoon and unfortunately, the car got into an altercation with a parking curb. The lower front bumper panel was dislodged and we were concerned about losing it on the freeway during the drive home (bad things could have happened). Rob’s was close by so we called and he suggested we stop by so they could assess the damage. Less than 30 minutes later, they had the bumper panel secured back in place and we were safely on the road heading home. This was a “drop by” small job late on a Friday afternoon, but we were treated like VIPs. Would highly recommend Rob’s to anyone needing repairs - big or small.
