They have been amazing to me. I’ve had them a few times, but they are honest, kind, and looking out always for your best interest.

I took my s10 chevy there on Friday morning and asked them to get it running right .Another shop tuned it up but it was running bad.And I'm leaving in a couple of days for a long road trip. They squeezed me in and it took all day, but they got it back to me.All loaded up and ready to go but something wasn't right.So Monday morning I was at the gate before they opened. They got me in and went after it.Got it running like it should and out the door.They went above and beyond to satisfy me George and Joe and their staff did a excellent job. Great service and a reasonable price.Wont hesitate to go back.On the road!!

Excellent service and a great repair on my Mustang. I was told by another place 2 times there was nothing wrong with my steering, I know my car and Rob's fixed at a very reasonable price! Yes I did my comparitive pricing. Could not be happier!

I can't say enough about the folks at Rob's. This was my first experience with Rob's and it was 100% positive. Price, quality, timeliness were all spot on. When my shop of many years let me down in a massive way, I had to look for a replacement. With some many places to chose from it came to just an educated guess. Fortunately, I chose Rob's. I feel blessed that fate guided me there. Right from the beginning, I felt I had made the right choice. Everyone I came in contact with made me feel welcomed and appreciated. The job was done right the first time and much faster than I expected. And the final price was just what I was quoted. I can breathe a sigh of relief now that I have another "go to" shop for my auto needs. I am glad I took the chance and tried Rob's!

I took my 1991 camaro in because It wouldnt idle It was new motor from 5star engines they charged me 220.00 for A new air idle control motor which i just put A brand new Ac delco and charged me 57.00 for temp sensor which Again Was brand new Ac delco they Charged me 700 for a valve Adjustment wich the industry price is about 300.00 then charged me 280 for compression test total spent was 1571 i got the car back and the car ran the same they Wanted 3000 to remove the heads which is way over industry pricing when i asked for the old parts back so i can return them were i bought them they told me they threw thim in the trash /i work in this industry we dont through old parts away till the car is gone /this camaro is special to me it was my sons car i lost him 3 years ago i would not recommend robs auto they took advantage of me

Rob's Auto performed a Transmission Fluid Flush, Tune Up and Oil Change at a reasonable price, slightly less than their estimate. I was pleased to see they also added air to my tires, saving me a trip to Discount Tire. As I waited for my vehicle, I overheard a number of customer interactions which added to my confidence that the staff are knowledgeable and customer friendly. It was my first auto service at Rob's but won't be my last.

Where do I start. First of all George is the rudest and most disrespectful person I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. I was in a minor fender bender about a year ago and had to have my front bumper repaired. George had told us it would take about 2 weeks since the damage wasn’t to bad however they did not start working on the car until almost 6 weeks laters. Whenever we would call to get updates on the car Joe would be very friendly and helpful explaining everything and informing us on the progress of the car. However whenever George would answer he would be incredibly disrespectful and rude not wanting to explain anything or even tell me what’s happening with the car after about 4 months of them having the car finally we had had enough and asked for the car back George again had said they completely repaired the car and that nothing was wrong anymore. He charged us around 6k for all the repairs. But soon after getting the car back I noticed a few things 1. Was that they never reconnected the windshield wiper fluid dispensers on the hood 2.the front bumper wasn’t connected on properly they had duct taped it together and didn’t even connect all the wires, I have random exposed wires not connected to anything just hanging around 3. My radiator and grill are the same ones from the accident when I checked today I noticed that they are still bent from my accident 4. They never touched the water pump or the alignment after we paid for them to be done. I’ve had the car for about 5 months after they had fixed it and I’ve had more issues now than I had in the past 10 years of owning this car. I can’t express enough how much of a mistake it was coming to George for the repairs not only am I out 6k I had paid but now the issues on my car are to much to handle at once I’ll probably have to trade it in for something else but probably won’t be able to due to the amount of work the car needs.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place it was recommended to me by a friend that he's known him for years he promised me the guy would treat me right and sure enough he did he got my car in car out didn't charge me a lot I had to take it back in for something and he didn't even charge me for it and I thought that was great so I highly recommend this place anybody is looking for a family mechanic they'll take all my cars there we have six cars and they'll all six go to this fellow here can't say nothing but good things about this place Dwayne Latham

POSTED IS MY RECEIPT FOR SERVICE *PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THEIR RESPONSE THEY ARE NOT EVEN BEING HONEST. THEY SHOULD'VE TRIED TO REACH OUT AND FIND AWAY TO EASE THE SITUATION INSTEAD OF LYING!! THEY SAID I DID NOT HAVE SERVICE WITH THEM. I NOTICED THEY DID THIS TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER BUT HE DIDN'T HAVE A RECEIPT LIKE I DID. BUSINESS ADVICE HONESTY IS ALWAYS THE BEST POLICY.* ****My truck was overheating so I came in explained to the owner that I believed it was fan speed because it overheated only when I was at a stoplights and had previously thrown codes about the fan speed. They agreed to look my truck for $125 diagnostic fee and basically found my temperature gauge was had a little glue on it so from there they refuse to look no further. I actually doubted that this was the problem because my temperature gauge seemed to be working fine. Since they wanted to charge me $425 minus $ 125 for diagnostic ($300) to change out the temp sensor I decided to go somewhere else. The temperature gauge sensor literally cost me $23 and took another mechanic 15 min to put in which cost me about in total $100. As I previously suspected it was not the problem.( they knew that) They NEVER even checked my fan speed( which was the problem). Then they had the audacity to try to gouge me for $300 for the temp sensor. They were NOT HONEST with me and I would not go there for a diagnostic. I would not recommend them to anyone. Its hard to find honest mechanic these days!!

Took my classic 1950 chevy truck to George for some performance work. My truck has a blower with two 750 carbs and was not running right. I've had a hard time finding someone that could work on this setup that I felt comfortable with. George went through the truck, had recommendations which I went with. In the end my cool old truck runs great! They did a lot of work at a fair price and I'm thrilled. Do not hesitate taking your vehicle here, honest people and they care about making sure you are satisfied. Highly recommend them. Thanks a million guys!!!
