Matt was extremely helpful and completed repairs on my son's vehicle on short notice. My kid had completed a Youtube repair that actually needed a certified mechanic to complete. I called and they got me right in and he was able to take his car back college. Dave always provides a fair price and great service. 5 Stars!

Have my odyssey power sliding door wire broken. They spend 2.5 hours to try and end up gave up and charged me $162. However, the door was able to open manually before. After their try to fix, it stuck completely and door parts stay on the seat. If they can tell me at beginning that they don't know how to fix but will try to fix it, I won't pay them to try it. Be aware not send too difficult job to them and make sure they know how to do it before they try. That will save your time and money. Disappointed!

I recommend this shop to everyone ! They are very friendly , quick and attentive to detail. They took care of something on my vehicle that I was unaware of that needed repair and it was done immediately. Dave and Matt are incredible and truly care about their customers. I will be using this shop from now on and so should you !

Took my daughter's truck to ROC Auto without an appointment because it was suddenly making some concerning noises. Dave and Matt were very welcoming and had no problem getting the truck right in to ease my concerns. They were able to fix everything the same day. Dave was very honest and clear about what was going on and what they could do to make her truck safe. I found comfort in the warranty on parts and labor that was included. It was a fantastic bonus! Dave listened to my financial concerns and went above and beyond to work with us. When all was said and done he even looked into some other issues that I explained would need to be addressed in the near future. I feel that I have a better understanding of priorities and options for future repairs. We highly recommend having your vehicles services at ROC Auto Service and Repair!

Great experience with my 2013 Chevy Sonic at Roc Auto. The owner is incredibly fair, honest and accomodating. He makes a clear effort to accurately diagnose your vehicle's issue while keeping the cost as low as possible with quality parts. Appointments are made quickly and work is performed just as promptly. Best mechanic around.

Just wanted to put this out there if anyone's looking for a Veteran owned Auto Shop this is the place to go. Owner Dave Ferris, and his Auto Technicians Matt and Adam are by far the Best in the Business, along with having Pride and Professionalism for being upfront and honest with each and every one of their customers including me. I'm very pleased with the work that's been done by Roc Auto Service and Tires and I know going forward that in lieu of any issues I have a place to take my Truck and I'm not going to be taken for granted. If you're in need of auto assistance please give Dave and his staff an honest shot, you won't be disappointed.

Extremely helpful during difficult times. The best service I’ve had yet getting anything done with my car. Would recommend this place to anyone needing something done. Only thing was the guy left a cookie he was eating near my wipers when I got new ones but the man was just hungry😂

I had great experience going to Roc Auto Services & Tires! I had hard time finding a place that was able to put on my new 22 inch tires. When I called Roc Auto Services and Tires, I was in the area and Dave said to stop in to double check that the tires I had would fit on his machine! I asked if could change out tires right then if they fit, he said possibly! When I arrived he double checked and was able to squeeze me in and get the job done! I'm so thankful that Dave and his shop was able to get my new tires on asap!! Especially with our snowy, slick roads! He was professional, up front and got me out of there quickly! I highly recommend his shop and will be returning for future maintenance.

I needed a trustworthy mechanic to try and figure out what was going on with my car. As soon as I called and was met with Dave’s energy, I knew this was the right place for me. They were extremely thorough in trying to figure out what the problem was. They fixed it for me and my car sounds like a million bucks now! Def found my mechanic here. I will ALWAYS return here. These guys not only are incredibly friendly, but also know what they're doing, no BS attached. For example, I went to Mavis for a nail in the tire and they told me the rotors need to be warped. I decided to get a second opinion by these fellows as they've got that 5 star rating and they didn't lie to me. They told me the rotors were perfectly fine, and in the past even allowed me to come back to see the car while being fixed to verify, so I know what's going on. Really hard workers these guys are, they don't lie to make money (when it could be easier to do, cough cough Mavis cough cough) and do a damn good job. DEFINITELY returning for further tune ups!

I am often in NY visiting family and needed a shop that I could trust with my jeep, do good work and always have a quick turnaround. They haven't failed me yet. I had a constant brake problem going on for about a year that multiple others couldn't figure out. First time they had it fixed and back to me same day. I have now been there a handful of times and don't have anything negative to say. Very thorough, pleasant to deal with and descriptive when talking you about your car, its problems and solutions

I was looking for an auto shop close to my work for an inspection, oil change, alignment and 80k mile maintenance. I happened upon Roc Auto Services, and I am so happy I chose them. This is not a shop that will overcharge or swindle a twenty-something year old woman that knows absolutely nothing about cars (like myself, haha).
