Bought a 1992 Ranger with a 302 engine swap and efi out of Dallas TX. Started acting up around amarillo. My son and i limped into Albuquerque with our final destination Phoenix. Got ahold of the shop and in less than a day we were on our way!!! Great all around experience with the customer service being top notch! Dont hesitate to get your jalopey checked out at Roc La Lu!

Lawrence knows his stuff. Very happy with the service and quality of work. We use him for our fleet trucks and personal vehicles. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an honest and fair priced automotive shop. Oh, and he has a dyno for you performance guys.

I ran over a tire on the highway and it damaged several parts under the car. The owner at Roc La Lu helped me understand what parts were important to replace verses what was "cosmetic". It saved me hundreds of dollars in needless repairs compared to an estimate from a different body shop. I wanted some honest guidance and found it at Roc.

I took my Ford Mustang here to get tuned and dynoed and Lawrence and his employees did an awesome job!!! He's the only one in town who was willing to tune my car since it was a carburetor. My car runs way better than before and I'm completely satisfied. I'll definitely be a repeat customer and referring people their way. Thanks again guys!!!!

My husband, his aunt, and I have all used Lawrence and we love him! He is honest, friendly, and doesn't go for low quality work (unless you specifically ask him to use cheap parts). I have a nice little car from 1996, and every time I have taken it into him he always goes the extra mile to check everything out on the vehicle that I may have overlooked that may be safety concerns or otherwise. Financially he is reasonable as well, doesn't over charge or take advantage of anyone!

I have taken my car to Roc La Lu for a few years now. Everything from regular maintenance to a new intake manifold. Super honest guys that do great work aren't trying to suck every penny out of you. Friends and family have also had service there and love it. Won't take my care anywhere else.

I moved back to NM less than a year ago and shortly after my move needed a repair for my BMW. As a female, I look for honesty, trustworthiness and reliability all which are hard to find in the auto repair industry. This place has it all including great personalities and reasonable pricing. I have not had any issues with my car since its repair and I now take my car here for all it's maintenance needs. Roc La Lu will continue to be my go to auto repair place for all my vehicle needs.

So, I've been taking my 2002 Jeep Liberty, which I bought used and had for 5 years, to Lawrence, and he takes very good care of my vehicles. They are very forthcoming, trustworthy, and have honest prices. I even have his person cell, given age of my truck and the 'emergency' calls I've had to give to him. I've had my water pump, alternator, battery, back window, entire radiator system, head lights cleaned, thermostat fixed. In March of 2017, that straw that broke the camel's back was when my transmission went out WHILE I was driving. I had it towed to his place, he gave me a quote for the fix and labor - far too much for a 15 year old vehicle and I wasn't looking into pouring too much money into it - so I went and got a new car and gave him the Jeep so that he could do what he wanted with it. I'm not from ABQ, but he's the first mechanic I've trusted with the welfare and health of my vehicle. Roc La Lu is fantastic.
