This family owned business is fantastic! They are honest and will work with you on the price. Good communication and attention to detail. I had my radiator along with other various parts replaced and they did an excellent job. Plus this is now the only place I get my oil changes. They are quick and efficient💯 You need a good mechanic this is the place.

My car died at the Circle K across the street so I called Roca to see if they could jump my car. Someone ran over with a jumper box and tried to help within 10 minutes. The gentleman was really kind even though I wasn't a paying customer. Next time I need car service, I'm going to Roca.

I have been a customer since 2019. I have also googled and self-diagnosed my car, which could have cost me thousands of dollars(Ford Edge🤪). Fortunately for me, Roco Auto is honest. What I thought was a 500-dollar repair was only a 100-dollar repair( do not google car problems🤪 ); take your car to Roco Auto for honest and affordable car repair 😁

The Service was great! Had repairs done and drove home the same day. Car wouldn't start the next day and they sent a tow truck and he was able to fix the issue without having to tow my car!! All I can say is that I am not a mechanic and he made it right in just a few minutes!! Will be returning for service and I will definitely recommend!

Usually don’t leave a review but the owner Humberto is very friendly, customer service oriented, and fair with his pricing. I needed front brakes replaced and gave me a fair price and quality parts. I was able to get going on the road in less than 4 hours considering his shop was busy and short on staff. Sincerely appreciate the service and the assistance. If you need quality service at a fair price stop here first and speak with Humberto or Nora.

Great Customer service Before I had service done, Unfortunately, They Over Charged me, did not fix the issue and they Do Not Care. Car came back with missing parts from area that wasnt serviced. Paid Almost $800 to fix a(1) acutator, that takes less than an hour to fix, problem was not fixed. They kept my car for almost 2days, not sure why and I confronted them about service and all no resolution. No stars from me really, They Dont Care, They will keep your car and will over charge you.. Dont say I didnt Warn you

Normally their great. Went in for an oil change and decided to do tune up. Two weeks later my belt broke and it should have been caught during maintenance and ended up costing me towing and repairs elsewhere. Very upset that I paid for a service TO AVOID breaking down and two weeks later it ended up really costing me due to their negligence...

Unlike ur local Oil stops, Roca has Full Synthetic Oil Changes are reasonably priced @ $52 for 5quarts. They also perform a multiple point inspection and recommend services & notified me my battery tested low & was still under warranty, recommended I took it back to previous shop to be replaced. Preventative Maintenance it’s the best thing you can do to keep your car/truck on the road, great shop.
