Rocco’s held my hand throughout this entire process getting my vehicle back on the road the countless hours on the phone with the warranty company they cared about me and i couldn’t be more pleased with the service i received from them i will continue to use them for any of my vehicle issues i love these guys from the bottom of my heart

It’s a night and day experience going to Rocco‘s versus the dealership. It was easy to make an appointment, Rocco’s was communicative, and they saved me about $200! Additionally, they were much faster than the dealership ever had been. Thank you very much!

From the initial call to picking up my vehicle after service, the experience was top tier. Everyone I dealt with was amazing and kept me informed every step of the way. I just recently purchased my Volvo and wanted to have one issue looked at but they found a few more things that needed some attention. I left feeling confident in my SUV and will highly recommend this place to anyone.

Refreshing this Review as of 10/17/24 - since it doesn't appear I can submit another one. For roughly two years Rocco's has been my preferred Body Shop for all my Vehicle Repair, and Preventive/Post Maintenance needs. I recently had some issues with my vehicle, and per usual Rocco's was not only quick to diagnose the issue but perform quick and efficient work to get me back on the road in less than two working days. (Doesn't happen in ATL) The guy's at this shop are top notch in the communication department, and that is a very over-used word. They make it their priority to keep you in the loop and provide honest feedback on your vehicles condition, and future issues that may arise but ultimately leaving you with the decision to move forward with their reccomendations. Happy to have a Shop I can call up any time, and know that I'm getting great work done at an affordable price compared to the compeititon/dealerships. Appreciative, as always to the Rocco's Team at Cheshire! ---- The service extended at Rocco’s European Garage is Top Notch. I specifically needed a Valve Cover Gasket replaced, and they were able to provide me with a quote, schedule me for repairs, and complete the service within just a few days of my initial call. The pricing was very competitive compared to nearby and reputable shops. Most of all, the staff at Rocco’s is superb; absolutely great group of people. If you’re in need of a shop that’s going to handle your vehicle with care, and at an affordable price, please consider Rocco’s European Garage!

They were amazing - I was honestly apprehensive going to an auto shop as a young female with little knowledge of cars/parts & I had bought a new vehicle with unknown prior damage. They discovered it, helped me contact the dealership to assist with cost & proving it was prior to their sell date. The shop even came down on pricing to help me - knowing I had just bought this car. I couldn't recommend them enough. From the customer service at the front desk to the genuine kindness & knowledge everyone showed - 10/10 experience!

Rocco’s garage was amazing- from their customer service to their car service. They were so efficient and very communicative. The man at the front desk( i’m so sorry I can’t remember his name) but he was able to answer all my questions. Thanks again- I will now be coming here for my car problems.
