Excellent service!! On my way to Illinois from Florida. I had a fuel leak on my Range Rover. I tried at the Range Rover dealership. They couldn’t work on it, so they referred me to Rocco’s. When I got to Rocco’s it was super busy. However, Bill Shilo, Chris Minx and the entire team saw the urgency and went out of their way to get my car checked in and fixed the same day. They did an excellent job at a good price. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and care. I definitely recommend. Arnaldo.

Took my s550 Mercedes-Benz towed there because of start issues they got car started but damaged my rear suspension and saying they don't know what happened reached out numerous times and not reaching back out this is unacceptable anyone knows the owners or owner and the have pics of car getting off tow truck and still deining they damaged my rear suspension

I drive a Lexus, which Rocco’s doesn’t even service, and on Friday I tore a whole in my tire. I pulled into Rocco’s with a flat, completely distressed, and Minx Armstrong put on my spare for me. I cannot say thank you enough for the kindness and care they showed me.

I just moved back to Atlanta and came here for the first time with my late model GLK350, they checked it out for free, and changed out a bulb for me. Minx was super nice, and told me how long till it would need service. I will for sure be making this my go to for my GLK, and not taking it to the dealership where it used to be taken all the time prior.

Rocco’s has repaired my 2011 Porsche Panamera and now my 2012 Range Rover Sport, both of which can be incredibly expensive to service, and I never worry Rocco’s will overcharge or “find” other costly items while inspecting like a dealership. Both vehicles run great after Rocco’s service!

STAY AWAY! This place damaged my Porsche while they were working on it. Poor craftsmanship. They show you lower labor rate vs dealer but instead of counting hours by the book (shop manual) they add 2-3 hours on top at $200/h. So at the end you will pay they more than you should. They slap things back together in such a poor manner that right now I need the headlight replacement that would cost me over $3000. You don't want that headache. Stay away.

Stay away from this place. They broke my headlight, damaged the cover and front bumper, overfilled the oil, and offered a bunch of unnecessary “up-sales”. I work on my own Porsches and had to visit the shop on a simple condenser replacement while traveling across America. They added 2-3 hours on top of what the shop manual says and provided terrible craftsmanship. Also refused to honor the estimate that their another location provided and I ended up paying more. Never trust your European car to those folks. Stay away.

We took our 2011 Jaguar XJ to be diagnosed about a week ago for $200. They recommended rear control arm bearings. Fast forward we went to our mechanic and after removing the tires on the left side of the car he showed us a video with the actual problems which was absolutely nothing Rocco recommended. Then when he went to remove the tires on the right side they were too tight to remove from the Rocco visit. So we call Rocco to simply loosen the bolts on the right side. They claimed they never took the tires off which I guess explains the complete misdiagnosis. They tried to argue they didn’t misdiagnose even though we have a video against their printed recommendations that clearly show otherwise. They wouldn’t loosen the bolts because of allegedly not removing the tires. Loosening the tires seems like a small gesture for an incomplete assessment and misdiagnosis but they instead chose denial of removing the tires and denial of misdiagnosing the car. Bottom line don’t waste your money.

Finally found a shop that could fix my Range Rover and not charge an arm and a leg for repairs that will put me right back in the shop a week later. I’ve had this car in and out of different shops for the past seven months and luckily when I got to Rocko, they fix all the underlying issues at a reasonable price and they guarantee the work. The vehicle is running better than ever. The staff is exceptionally professional and pleasant, which is not your normal experience with a mechanic shop. Highly recommend them for anybody with foreign or luxury vehicles.

They diagnose my range Rover also created a new problem cannot fix it had my truck towed off to impound did not put my truck back together left all electrical components open did not replace did not replace electrical covers underneath my hood they had it towed away 10 sent me a email stating that they cannot work on it anymore that's bad business I never go back there again I warn you do not take your range Rover there

Would give them no stars if option to do so . Took my Beamer for oil change & was talked into buying oil changes for 3 years . Car gets totaled by a dumpster that gets dumped on top . Now won’t honor my oil changes or give me back my $. Clearly taking advantage of a senior - shame on you ‘n
