I brought my girlfriend’s car in for an inspection to see what was wrong with it. Without confirming prices or asking to proceed, they went ahead and repaired it forcing us to pay and use their services. When I came in to ask why all the repairs were done when we only asked for an inspection, Rick immediately turned down my question and said he’ll undo all the work that was done instead of simply answering the question. I asked if it’s fair to compare local labor rates as a customer and he said no and got increasingly loud. If you refuse to answer a simple question, you don’t deserve anyone’s business. Very shady. I highly discourage anyone taking your car here. Poor customer service.

Thank you Rick for going above and beyond to research my steering issue and help me obtain the paperwork needed to have the dealer fix my problem under warranty. I will tell everyone I know and anyone I encounter who is looking for an honest, caring, knowledgeable shop to go see you! You have my business for life. So, i’m going to go ahead and say it, Rick is probably the best mechanic I’ve ever come across in all of my automobile woes. He took his time diagnosing the issue, found out exactly what it was and fixed it in a very timely manner! He took the time to explain To me exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it. Turns out, it was a somewhat small issue and what he charged me reflected that. He is a genuine, good person and a great mechanic! Thank you, Rick

I'm new to the state and city. Just moved here from the Midwest. They were timely, had fair prices, and the customer service from Renee was fantastic!! I truly felt the Rochester welcome from them. I will be taking all my vehicles to them for as long as I live here. I will recommend them to anyone who asks for a mechanic.
