Got my car repaired here around 6 months ago. They did a great job and there are no problems! Due to the amount of damage, it took a while but they kept me updated throughout the process. Highly recommend this place for any repairs.

Went through a long process due to issues with the insurance company I was dealing with which I'm still sorting out. The shop was helpful throughout the process though. Good communication and always answers the phone. The service is worth more than a paragraph but I don't even know how to put my ordeal with this third party insurance company into words. So I'll just say I appreciate the service I received.

My car was stolen, when recovered I reached out to Tim for help. Due to some insurance issues, things have taken a little longer than expected and he's been amazing throughout this whole process while I got my insurance situation rectified. It's been an ungodly stressful situation and he's been patient, kind, and very generous with his time and counsel. If I ever have to get any sort of major work done on my next car, he will be the first person I take it to.

My truck needed one of the doors repainted. Stopped in and was given a quick estimate that was reasonably priced. Came back for the repair appointment and dropped the truck off. The truck was done when they said it would be. The work was phenomenal and the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back in the future!

Top notch collision repair shop! These guys did a phenomenal job on my Jeep. I had some front end body and paint work done. The work was done in a timely manner, the price was reasonable, and the paint job is flawless. My sister used them for work on her vehicle and was impressed as well. I'm happy she recommended this team to handle my repair.

I had some front bumper damage, and Tim and his team did an amazing job replacing it. They are always a breeze to deal with and are super responsive. Fast and efficient service, friendly staff! Went to an auto shop today and was told I needed to go to a collision center or body shop for the leakage of my trunk. I googled and found here, turned out to be the right decision. Didn't have an appointment here, but the guy at the front desk helped me check with the mechanics. Tim and Jeff helped me right away and finished the job quickly. Tim explained everything to me during the job. Highly recommend this place!!! Btw, turn right earlier before Google map tells you or slow down earlier and locate the place by your eyes! Google map took me to the Home2 Suites by Hilton right next to this place, which took me a long time making a U-turn and got back here.

Great experience from my initial inquiry to picking up my car after the repairs were done. Open communication throughout the repair process. My car was worked on immediately. It didn't sit for days before it was touched. Do not just take your vehicle where your insurance company recommends. I promise you the work won't nearly be as professional and thorough at any other collision shop. Rochester Collision Center doesn't cut corners. The work speaks for itself... I literally can not tell my car was banged up, it looks the way it did when I took it home from the dealership. They go by the book in terms of manufacturer procedures. I think the best part is the way they handled my insurance company. They didn't budge on what needed to be done and got it done!! Couldn't be happier with my decision to have the work done by RCC. Thank you guys again!

I took my car in to RCC after an accident and they were extremely helpful! They were very friendly and patient as I struggled to deal with the most unhelpful insurance company on this planet (Integon, avoid them at all costs). My car ended up being declared a total loss, but they have done repairs for other family members and did excellent work!

My vehicle looked better after Rochester Collision repaired it than when I got it brand new. Insurance claim with Progressive Insurance and Rochester Collision dealt directly with insurance company and made it hassle free on my side. I definitely recommend them, they do fantastic work.

Rochester Collision Corporation (RCC) is a Superior Vehicle Repair Shop. They perform excellent work & get it done fast & right! RCC completely took over the monetary & claims process, procedure & negotiation with the Insurance Company, who was representing the person who hit my vehicle. RCC totally negotiated & navigated the entire monetary & claims process, procedure from beginning to end, like a highly trained & experienced lawyer would've done. My 2022 vehicle was a new vehicle with 725 miles on it & the opposing Insurance Company initially proposed repairing my vehicle with all used parts & RCC objected & negotiated the entire process to ensure that my vehicle was restored to its original condition & luster. I highly recommend RCC to anyone who has a need for Superior Vehicle Repair for their vehicle. You will be very Happy with their results!!!

The folks at Rochester Collision were fantastic in all regards. Professional, kind, communicative, and their craftsmanship was superb.
