Took my car in for it to be buffed and some small paint correction. They told me black was the easiest to touch up and they told me majority of my small barley surface scratches would come out. When I say it looks like they just tossed some paint on the touch up places I mean it. It looks terrible and you can see that they even missed places while touching up. The scratches on the other hand is even worse. There are more scratches then when I dropped it off. Scratches that were not there before. The day after I got it back I took it somewhere else to see if they thought they could fix it and they said it did not look like they even buffed half of the car. I am %100 unsatisfied with there work especially with them having my car for 2 weeks. I wish I hadn’t paid cash like they wanted because I have no proof that I was ever there other then some phone call records. I tried to get photos but can’t get good enough pictures to show the scratches and touch up work. Another thing, there communication is terrible. In the 2 weeks they had my car changed my completion 5 times.

Craig and his crew did a beautiful job with my car. He was so easy to work with, got the work done quickly (I've had other body work done elsewhere where I've had to wait literally weeks) and as I said did just beautiful work. I almost cried when I saw it. It's a friendly place. You cannot go wrong with them. I highly recommend.

Super nice guys! They worked with me through the entire process of my wreck and working with the other guy's insurance to fix my car. My Corolla looks brand new and you can't even tell there was any damage to the front end at all! HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone needing any work done!

An excellent establishment to take care of your car needs. They got me in and repaired my bumper in no time flat. The fellas there are personable and funny. When you go be sure to look for the 'boy' bulldog! lol

I came by to get my door looked at in order to replace. I was told that I would receive a call back with an estimate. I called 3 different days, and they keep giving me the run around. I still have not heard anything back. They may do good business, but I guess I will never have the chance to see.

I had a wonderful experience when I brought in my car for repairs. Craig went above and beyond getting me a rental and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Kudos to the Rockford collision team, you've earned a customer for life.

Great service at a great price. I have had my Ford pick-up truck, BMW and Conversion Van serviced and repaired at Rockford Collission Center. They have done excellent body work to repair damage from a couple of accidents and offer a great price for service work. For example, BMW Service Center wanted over $1000 to repair a broken taillight including $400 for the taillight alone. Rockford Collision got a genuine BMW taillight for $100 and repaired it and some other dents and damage for $300. Highly recommended.

Needed body work and paint done, even pulled out a dent in my bumper and filled up my tires for me, and car looks brand new again. Craig was great help and the staff was very welcoming. Will be back for all my car needs in the future.

Rockford collision center is a hidden gem! I was recommended to them by a friend and I would recommend them to everyone! Craig, the owner was very personable and understanding. He was able to get me scheduled quickly and turn around was fast. Not to mention the body work and paint that was done is perfection! My car feels brand new with the complementary detail they performed before I picked it up! Check them out if you need body work done from as little job as a ding in your door to total repair and replacement of parts etc. You wont be disappointed!!

Rockford Collision Center has top notch customer service! I did not get the opportunity to use their services (my car ended up being declared a total loss by my insurance company). However, I spoke with Craig and Mike who are both very personable many times and they kept me informed on what was going on with my car. They were always quick to return my phone calls. Thanks for making an unpleasant experience pleasant!
