Absolutely! The worst experience I've ever had! Was told car was ready several times when it was not and still not fixed. Took several days/ weeks when was told it would only take 6 hours per the book! Best advice I can give you is do not go to this place! They do not know what they're doing! Lesson learned for me!

Everyone was so helpful, and Allen went out of his way listening to my concerns, diagnosed my car’s problem in a timely manner, and honestly! Allen made me feel cared for and important, like family! This is the best experience I’ve ever had with mechanic, and with his staff too! I recommend Rockford Lane Auto Repair highly!

I was referred to this place over 6years ago & I have not went to anyone else since. Mr. Allen is the first one I call for anything automotive. Love his honesty & quality of the work they all do! Super down to earth people! Always explain so I know what's going on & prices reasonable/affordable. HANDS DOWN THE BEST!

I only take my car to Rockford. Allan and his guys are the best. Good honest mechanics are hard to find. I've trusted them with many vehicles and they've never let me down. I highly recommend this shop.

Not only did I wait 2 weeks for my car back but my car was smelling like burnt rubber and my check engine light came on. Checked why and found out that the part I had fixed before these guys had melted sealant everywhere, I had to replace that and a hose that was missing which too was thesre before I took it these guys. I have always heard stories how some mechanics fix the issues but cause more issues but this is the first time this has actually happened to me. I will never spend my hard earned money on these people to help me. I came here because of the stars but maybe those people were treated better. Bad business and really petty...

They took care of my husband's truck. First mechanic to diagnose it correctly. Less than $300. Considering another mechanic said he needed major valve work, which he said he didn't do, we felt very, very blessed.

We spent over $1000 trying to get our issue resolved by somebody else. As soon as we took our car to this location, they were able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly.

I had to sue these clowns in court to get my car back from them. They held it from from January to April, "fixing it." Avoid them like ebola!

My car happened to break down right in front of their shop. It was a refix of a three-time failing bushing in my shifter. They helped me find the proper OEM part at a much lower price than my usual mechanic and were priced very reasonably. Great customer service, absolutely would recommend.
