I had rear brakes put on my car & they STOLE one of my tires, be aware!!!!! I must edit this post because I may have wrongly accused them, they assured me that they do not have equipment to remove tires from a rim. My sincere apologies.

I honestly don't know where to begin. I have been coming to Rockland Auto Repair for the past 17 year's and I couldn't be more happy. Paul and his staff are absolutely amazing. I have never had the same thing fixed twice under my hood. His prices are affordable. His customer service is 💯. And let's not forget about Chris. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. Paul continue being yourself . Your customers appreciate you.

I have been coming to Paul since 2018. He is definitely the only person I trust with my car and not to scam because I’m a woman. Understand he is busy with not many staff so I always get two opinions on the problem prior to going to him so that I already have the parts and know the issue, all he has to do is fix it. The only complaint is not having mechanics that can directly relay the message to me due to language barriers. I definitely understand wanting to keep a family business but there are a lot of experienced mechanics that could help out and allow you to accept more clients in a day. Overall great mechanic!

It is an honor to say that I have been to Rockland Auto Repair shop in Philly. The owner, Paul made me feel like What I was saying about my car was important to him even though he’s the mechanic. He listened to what I had to say and I could tell that he was concerned about how I was worried about my 2018 Ford fusion. Paul and all of his mechanics were very nice to me. They did a great job no matter how many times I came back to say I think I hear this or I think it’s this They listened. They checked everything for me and made me feel that my car is going to be OK. Now that my car is riding smooth, I can travel for work at ease. I would recommend Rockland auto shop to everyone that I know it doesn’t matter that I traveled from Jersey just to see if they could do the job. I am very pleased with the service, and I have to say as I came to the shop maybe two or three times with concerns They always put me at ease but what I noticed most and this is so true. I really feel that Paul loves the community. I feel that Paul is concerned about people and their vehicles and fixing them. For me not to know this Mechanic but have seen enough to feel like his character, which reminds me of myself, “giving service to others” and it is coming from the heart. I have had to be regular customer for paul and rock land mechanic shop for over 7 years now . Paul used to be professional , honest and care about his customers .. since I became his regular client , everything has been changed . Last February I went to rockland for squeezing sound coming from front passenger side . He was busy not even gave attention to hear my complain . A mechanic who doesn’t speak basic english tested the car in place ( not even take it for test drive ! ) Paul said its a-lot of work ( shocks andstrouts ) , pinion and rack ( $1600 estimate!!!! ) . I changed the shocks for $800 . I trusted him but the squeezing sound was still noticed … I did not swallow that I need to change pinion and rack because steering wheel was pretty fine . So I Went to my new mechanic who tested the car . The problem was just swings ( changed for $160 !!!!! ) . Noise stopped completely !!! . paul charged me $800 for something I did not need and tried to charged me another $800 . By any means ,I don’t recommend Rockland for anyone in my community of hard working people . Really upset and paul you should take care of your old customers and not charging us our hard money specially at that awful economy 😡.

I recently took my car to Rockland Auto for brief explanation of the problem and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. PAUL (not sure if he's the owner or supervisor but he was particularly helpful in explaining the issue with my car and the repairs needed. I especially appreciated that he mention specific details that impressed me like: Honesty and Transparency: They clearly explained the repairs needed and provided a fair quote upfront. There were no hidden fees, and they kept me updated throughout the process. Expertise and Quality Work: The mechanics at Rockland auto are highly skilled and experienced. They fixed my car quickly and efficiently, and I'm confident the repairs were done right. Customer Service: The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a positive experience. Checked my Fluids, tire pressure Amongst other things. Overall, I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy mechanic shop. They provided excellent service at a fair price, and I will definitely be back for any future car repairs

Paul and his team were all professional and easygoing. Their time management and prices are amazing and very reasonable. I will be coming back again for any other issues I may have with my car. And I’d definitely recommend anyone to come here to get their vehicle done correctly for a great price.

Found out from another mechanic I needed new rear brakes and rotors, but their estimate seemed high. I was referred to Rockland by my father in law, and I gotta say I’m impressed. Upon calling, gave me a quick quote on the phone which was much cheaper, and they started work on my car promptly. I was able to wait, and was in and out in about an hour-hour and a half, and was driving smoothly from there. I think I have a new mechanic my wife and I will be going to. Great service and people, and the owner Paul is honest and works with you. I would highly recommend.

I went to get my brakes done, ended up having to get my front & back brakes & rotors done. I also had them install a headlight kit in my car. They did both jobs the same day, very professional! They did all that for well under $1,000, and Midas wanted that to do my breaks!! Definitely have me a new mechanic!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I recently had went to another mechanic for an oil change..my check engine light came on the next day along with other issues with my car's power. I took it to ANOTHER mechanic and they further damaged my car costing me thousands and at the end my car wasn't even starting. I did my research and found Rockland Auto Repair and took my car in. They fixed the problem in a timely matter and without any issues..now I had 7 other mechanics tell me prior how costly and no one wanted to work on my car...I am MORE then pleased with my services, prices, and the people there are great. Communicate with you through your process. I'm not going anywhere but to them from here on out. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND. I can't thank them enough!!!!
