Bought a used tire from a different shop close to this one and got ripped off. Joseph was able to re patch the used tire i got from the other shop and get me back on the road in no time. Thank you soo much!!! I'll definitely be coming back here for my tire needs!!

I want to start by saying that I was procrastinating getting tires for my truck. I kept looking at different websites and nothing seem to work for me. I eventually went to a shop that told me to look on their website, but provided NO customer service. I did come across Sergio's Facebook page for Rocky's Wheel and tires and of course I reached out. He was very nice and kind and provided me with all the info and invited me to his shop. I told him I would reach out when I was ready. I had taken several trips out of town and knew my tires would not last very long. I decided to go to his shop on November 4th and told him I was only there to get a price on rims and tires. I had always wanted big rims and tires, but just didn't want thw commitment. When I got to the shop, I was then greeted by Joseph and he was very kind and friendly and explained to me how the process worked. He told me they can do some months same as cash. I decided to apply and within mins got approved. I only had to pay $54 dollars as a deposit. I did have to wait to get my tires brought from another shop but once they put them on my truck, I was like wow!!! what a difference a good tire and nice rims make. I am so happy I went to Rocky's Wheel and tires, because they took care me and were able to get me a good deal and made my truck look on point. 💯 Thank you to Joseph and Sergio for all your expertise. You exceeded my expectation. I highly would recommend this shop. They will take care of you and let them know I sent you. 😊

I give one star because I can't give zero, my experience with this business has been a true nightmare, on July 31, 2024 I stopped to buy 4 new tires for my truck, a person named Jorge offered me financing and told me that the total cost would be $850.00 even before installation. I asked again if the cost would go up because of the financing, to which he replied that the cost would not go up at all. after 6 hours, yes 6 hours of waiting finally the tires were installed and the front brakes were also replaced (another $200) he told me that my total was $1500 he said the other $450 was for taxes which is absurd, after a long discussion he was able to adjust the price to $1250 which is $200 more than the original cost but really i was tired so i agreed, the time to pay the financing was 6 months but he asked me to call 3 months later for an extension of the credit which he gave me in writing in a very unprofessional way. 3 months later I was only able to speak on the phone with another person named Sergio Solano who made me wait for 3 and a half hours in the shop and never came, after more than 20 calls and many text messages he stopped answering. there is never anyone attending the office at this location and customers like me have to wait long hours to be served. The brakes that were installed started making a strange noise 2 days after the installation. Because I didn't want to waste any more time, I took my truck to another shop where I again had to replace the brakes because one of the brake pads was installed backwards and the tires were installed with only 4 of 6 wheel nuts. This is a very unprofessional business, with less than poor management run by people with no ethics, no respect, and no education whatsoever. Avoid yourself a headache and go to any other tire shop, ANY OTHER ONE IS BETTER THAN THIS JOKE OF "TIRESHOP"

IF I COULD GIVE THESE PEOPLE 0 STARS I WOULD. they lied about my tire rods being bad, got a second quote and they were fine. they quoted me almost 1300 for nothing. ANNDDD!! they told me they were open on sunday (today) and they would be able to take my car in. all in all very unreliable

These guys are horrible. I went in because I needed a patch on my tire and I was going to try a different place because they seemed occupied but one of the workers reassured me that they can get it done quick and said it would be 5 min. Right afterwards that guy left and I was waiting for at least another hour. With many other customers waiting around me as well. Also while I was waiting one of the other customers had told me that the owner stole the rims he had ordered from them and had it on his vehicle? We saw it drive by. Whether that’s true or not I know for sure I’ll never step foot on the property again unless it’s to see the tire shops ruins.

I would not recommend this shop. Took my truck to have a lift kit out on. First time they installed the wrong kit and maxed out my cv axels causing them to tear the boot. After they do called corrected the problem buy changing the lift kit. That I had to pay 1000 on top of the package price i had already paid. I had to pay to get an alignment and emergency road side due to my break caliber bolts not being torqued down correctly, which cause my break caliber to come off while I was driving. They also gave away my stock rims which I did inform them I wanted back along with all parts that were taken off and or changed out with the lift kit. I have provided and contacted management which keeps changing, many times. I just keep getting the run around. No reimbursement none of my stock parts or wheels.. they have horrible service.

I would second the motion. That if your a female. To not go alone..I was taken advantage of.. charged 7,000 was hurried through the process.. what is stated in my lease with kornerstone.. was new tires and rims.. which I did not get..I got used rims and tires..all different brands... by the time I got there I was already there for 4hrs.... I msgd the the guy the next day to look in his Cameras cause I had a crack in my fender.. next thing I know. They erased all the messages...PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!

Rocky’s is a top notch location to get a tire for your vehicle. They are very friendly and helpful when they are providing exceptional service. I have had terrible experiences getting a tire that is reasonable and reliable. Rocky’s gave me a no stress transaction and I will continue to go to them for any of my tire needs. I have already recommended this location to my family and friends. Go see for yourself how affordable and awesome their tires/customer service are.

Absolutely horrible experience. I was given 3 different quotes over the course of 3 days. I was told my vehicle would be finished in 3 hours and was not complete for 3 days. The quote I was given for the same repairs went from $1300-$2300 due to them not expecting the labor to be what they thought. How is that my problem? I was told the price for my repairs would be $2000 until an hour before picking up my vehicle then it changes to $2300? I asked to speak with a manager and he hid and left the building. I was then forced to accept a horrible lease in order to receive the keys to my vehicle. 100% do NOT Recommend this business. They know you’ll be accepted for a lease so they overcharge based on what you are qualified for. Very shady.

Horrible experience. They gave me the wrong quote for my car that we agreed on. They added on to the price after the work was already done. I couldn't afford it and they held my car so I had no choice but to pick one of their horrible financing options. Now I am in debt. They low key scam you. Make sure to have everything in writing. Not trustworthy.

I came with a flat tire and they helped me get onto the road quickly with my spare . There’s options that fit my budget for my future tires on new and used. I’ll definitely be back for a set and for now I’m on the road. Thanks Sergio and others who helped as well.

I ended up going to this location because it was down the street from my house because I had a flat tire. I went back in June to get a used the working in the office told us if we get brand new tires he would give them to us for $500. We finance the tires and when we went to finance we were charged $800 instead.i went back to the shop to ask why I was charged $800 instead of $500 like he promised knowing the receipt said $500? He told me I don't remember saying $500 knowing like I said the receipt says $500. He told me there is nothing he can do. The best he can do is give me extra three months on my payments to come the last week of August before my tires are due which is September 11th. I went the last week of August and talked to another guy about the situation. He told me the guy that helped me does not work there anymore and he doesn't know nothing. He gave me his number to keep in contact with me and he would talk to the owner. I been calling for days and no response. I called from another phone number. An the guys answered and I asked him if he heard or talked to the owner and he told me I would have to to talk to the owner myself. Knowing it's already gonna be the 11th? I just want some answers and why I was lied too and they keep giving me the run around. So for not a good experience at this business 😕

If you are a women going in alone, please please be cautious if they tell you that a part is broken, I’d ask to see the broken part before you pay them to replace it. I was told after waiting 3hours that they couldn’t do the alignment because my tire rod was broken but they could replace it for $150. Thankfully I have a brother & dad who are well versed in cars so I opted out for that. When we took the tire off, it was to our surprise that the tire rod was indeed now broken so I took it to local mechanic to get it aligned and to see if the rod was broke. I was in & out in less than 50 minutes with my car aligned. Thankfully the owner of this shop handled this situation very well and refunded me for the alignment they weren’t able to complete but I still wanted to write this review for any women that just might not know a lot about cars or doesn’t have anyone around that does either!
