I had a great experience. I called to see about getting a routine check for my car and they were able to get me in. My only day off is Sunday and they are Closed on Sundays but the owner made an exception and went in himself to do the checkup! That is 100% best customer service anyone could ask for! The price was very reasonable and after the checkup they walked me to the back so they could throughly explain what would could sue some work! From top to bottom I had a great experience and I will be coming here from Now on to get my services!

I called the guys up at Rodmor and told them what work I needed and got in the next day. The work that I got done was an oil change, air filter, and new spark plugs, and they had all the work done pretty fast. I will only take my car here from now on. I would highly recommend them.

I got my oil changed a couple weeks ago, then my battery died and I got it replaced as well. Quick, friendly service. I know the owner from playing soccer with him, great guy! Definitely would recommend to others.

I took my 2008 VW GTI to get a diagnostic for a check engine light and a timing belt replacement. From the moment I dropped off the car to when I picked it up I was very pleased with the service and experience I had with Rodmor Auto. They replaced a bad PCV valve which cleared the check engine light and fixed the vacuum leak. A complete timing belt kit was also installed with a new tensioner and water pump. Car has been running great with no issues. Jaime kept me informed and gave me updates about the findings and about the vehicle as repairs were being made. Jaime even reached out to me a couple of weeks after the repair to make sure the vehicle was good and no problems were present. I highly recommend Rodmor Auto as they truly care about the customer and offer great customer service. The mechanics do great work. I have not had any issues with my GTI at all.

We called Matthew with some questions about our car getting fixed and towing service gladly he was able to help us out get it all situated within a day quick and fast service and the prices are VERY REASONABLE and they do help you out ALOT! Came in for a check engine light. Had it diagnosed and fixed in 2 hours. They were able to identify some other problems with my car and were very helpful. Will definitely be coming to them more in the future.

I have only had good experiences at Rodmor so far! The folks here are kind and do good work for fair prices. They put in a new steering column for me after my car got broken into. A couple weeks later there was another minor problem related to the work they did, and they fixed it very quickly and did not charge me.

Rodmor Automotive is the best and most reliable auto shop in Albuquerque!! Family owned with great prices! I’ve taken my car and my wife’s car every time for an oil change. Even had my alternator replaced from them! Definitely recommend this auto shop!!

I had to have a Jeep Wrangler towed to them for work I could not do. They fixed that issue and then found the real problem about which I didn't know, which was actually a blown engine and that explained everything that was going on with the Jeep. The engine was replaced quickly, properly, and affordably. They were polite, professional, honest, and friendly. I was kept in the loop on every step of the process, so no surprises. None. Not even one. And most importantly, they have very reasonable rates. I am quite satisfied with what we paid to have the Jeep fixed and I will highly recommend them to anyone.

Took my Ford Explorer in for oil change, brakes and transmission fluid flush. Great service, friendly and most importantly fast!! These guys have done more than I could have asked for. Bought a used Audi and a few months later lost timing. They not only found me all the needed parts but were able to rebuild the top end with all new parts, replace both front drive axels, new egr valve, new cam position sensor along with multiple other needed sensors, new down pipe, and fit new tires to my extra set of wheels after they found two of the original wheels to be cracked in multiple spots. Jamie and Matt go over and beyond to make things right.

Very happy with my experience at Rodmor. Matt and Jaime fixed a couple of things no one else wanted to tackle as well as replacing sparkplugs in my van. Now I have cruise control again, a smooth running engine, multiple speeds on my heater fan once again and their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
