I recently took my 2016 Kia Sedona to this shop due to a heating issue. Initially, they identified a radiator problem and later a thermostat issue, which took four days to source. After these repairs, I was told the heat was working, that the car felt warmer, and there was a little heat coming from the vents. However, when I got the car back, it was still blowing cold air. Later, I was informed that the heater core likely needed to be replaced due to a stop-leak product potentially clogging it. Despite spending $720 and several days waiting, the main heating issue I came in for remains unresolved. What’s most frustrating is that the initial antifreeze leak seemed like a clear indicator of the heater core issue, but this wasn’t properly addressed until after other costly repairs were made. I felt like the diagnostic process wasn’t thorough, and the communication about what was truly needed—and the risks involved—was lacking. While some underlying problems may have been fixed, the main issue I came in for still persists. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience, as I didn’t feel the service was transparent, efficient, or effective.

They are super expensive, besides my alignment and balance were bad, they charge for a pair of Chinese tires and an alignment 750 dls that is an abuse, go to cotsco, I do not recommend it to anyone/son super costosos, a parte mi alineacion y balanceo quedo mal, cobran por un par de lantas chinss y un alineacion 750 dls eso es un abuso, vayan a cotsco, no lo recomiendo a nadie

Brought my truck into this place 3 times spend over 4k to still have my truck worse than before. They installed cv axles wrong it's already bad didn't replace what was necessary I went to replace my own wheel bearings and the lock nut is gone replaced by jb weld on the passenger side asked for them to replace brake pads to ceramic they are not dust all over I paid a lot of money to have this truck overhauled and It not only comes back with more problems but missing parts also front engine covers are gone lower grill guard was gone. Don't waste your money or trust these people they are a scam and set your car up for failure. Working on pressing charges.

I fix my truck the outer tid rods when i take it to mr Rodriguez shop to do the alignment he gets aggravated and ask who did this work i say myself .. I'm paying for his service it doesn't matter who did the work if he don't want to do it say it i can't do it..

Do not go here. The other reviews are right. They kept telling me it was my calipers before they even looked at my car. I had my brakes and rotors done but had to take my car back the next day because loud noise and grinding was coming from brakes. They redid them the next day. My car was ok for a few days but the noise and grinding started happening again. I took my car to another shop and they told me that it was not calipers. Called him and he started again telling me that I needed calipers and was arguing with me. Had to go spend money elsewhere to get them done right. All that needed to be done was my rotor area was not cleaned off before new rotors were put on and they weren’t flush because of that. Waste of money and time coming here.

I came in about as last minute as possible, and they helped me change my front brakes anyway. I would have been SOL without their help! Everywhere else opens after my job starts and closes before my job ends. The price was extremely reasonable as well. 10/10 doesn't speak enough.

Let's me just say when I called this past friday they quoted me a reasonable price, They told me to get the parts come in and they will have me out in a jiffy!! Baby I purchased my parts @ 1030 am went to the shop, sat for maybe 30 minutes! BOOM car done brake pads and rotors! And friendly knowledgeable professionals. Loved it! Check them out! A1 SAME DAY SERVICE! I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. THX GUYS!!❤💪🏾

These are liars and dubious. I took my car to these incompetent people only for them to continue to charge me and not fixing the issue. What kind of a bad person and mechanic does not the problem to a car and continue to charge you, rip you off and take advantage of terrible situation. Untop of that, their lackluster attitude is something else. They showed me contempt throughout my unfortunate encounter with them. Car not fixed. DONT GO THERE

One of the worst experience. Called earlier to ask for price for timing belt change. They said come in person. Not sure what the prevailing rates, was charged 60$. That’s fine but the work that was done was bad, they said the timing belt I brought was wrong size, I had to end up going back and forth to get a brand that I didn’t want to use. It turned out that all sizes of belts I brought along was right fit, these guys don’t know how to measure and it ruined my day . Find another place yo.
