Called to get an estimate on a tire and the person I spoke with on the phone was very rude . He did not have a professional demeanor at all. He sounded very impatient and pushy. I was trying to find the information correctly to tell him my correct tire size and he raised his voice and got aggravated with me. I will not be taking my car here because I prefer patronizing a business with employees/workers who know how to treat potential customers with respect, patience and kindness.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! Got a tire put on here for $60 and it split open less than a week later, they basically told me that’s too bad. They were also incredibly rude about it and offered no assistance whatsoever.

Worse tire shop in the city of chicago. Soo many workers not doing any work waited an hour and half for tire change with car up in the air

I take my car here for everything even repairs!!! Miguel is so good when it comes to repair work. Every time I have a car issue I never hesitate to bring it to Rodriguez tire shop!! They are the BEST!!!!

The outside sign states brake installation is $60 but for my SUV it's $80,so I questioned the sign and the manager said that's just to get you in,my brakes are bad and I really needed to have them fixed,I am pressed for time today,this is false advertisement at it's finest .I definitely won't be back and wouldn't recommend them to anyone

To fix a flat is very expensive there $35.00 ls a rip off could buy a good use tire for that amount

Omg I brought my car here because I had two stripped lug nuts they actually got them off I had brought my car to 5 different places no one else could do it. Thank you Rodriguez rims tires and auto repair I will be forever in your debt
