I've lived in the area for most of my life snd Roesbery is the most honest/straightforward mechanic I've ever dealt with. Example: Audi tried to charge me 600$ to replace a front headlamp... I took the part to Roesbery, the popped the headlight in and charged me 20$... If you live in the area they should be your mechanic!

Got an old highlander with 175K miles on it. Visited the dealership for a recall and they said both my front control arms needs replacement and wanted to $XXX plus. Went to Roesbery and Mila quoted me a little over half the price (just labor had to bring my own part) including alignment and smog check. Eventhough they were very busy, was able to accomodate me and was scheduled after a couple of days. On the day of the repair, initially they said 8 hours and got it done in half the time. I will eventually come back for any major repairs and will definitely recommend.

Took my car here to get a new strut installed and an alignment as well. They did a very good job and my car drives like normal again. Mila was extremely nice and full of positive energy. Bring your car here if you want great service and want to deal with people who are honest and trust worthy.

Came here to have the upper and lower control arms replaced on my f150. The struts ended up needing replacing as well. The mechanic, John, lost parts and broke parts that he wasn’t working on. I was not told about the lost/broken parts until I found them myself. Random mismatched/different parts were used for the grease fittings on the brand new upper control arms. They did an alignment after the work and I had to turn my steering wheel to the right just to drive in a straight line. (See picture) clips holding wires and tubes were left loose and hanging. Vacuum lines were damaged and leaking. The first time they told me the truck was ready I denied pick up and made them fix issues. The second time I went to pick it up I was told by John that this is the best they can do and to take it somewhere else. The owner of the shop, Mila, said that they didn’t cause any of the damages. She did not apologize for the horrible service. I ended up having to take my truck to Big O tires to get an alignment, and another shop to fix the damaged tubes/hoses.

I took a preowned Toyota to Roesbery for a pre-purchase inspection. They so kindly fit my appointment in last minute so I could make a decision day-of for the vehicle purchase. I left with a detailed report & additional advice/knowledge. I am so thankful for their thorough and efficient care!

Really happy to have discovered this shop. Friendly staff that tried to save me money and let me know what work could safely be put off until later. Quick work, dropped off the car and picked it up the same day. And a really fair price, much lower than what the dealer quoted.

My wife and I went here to get our motor mounts replaced a few months ago and they were great Mila at the front desk was so helpful and made us feel very comfortable, she was super friendly and really knew what she was talking about. The service was prompt and they even offered to give us a ride home so we didn’t have to walk, and most importantly our car is running great now. over all 10/10 experience. Definitely will be returning for other services in the future.

This auto shop is outstanding. I have been a long time customer for a reason! They are knowledgable and friendly. The prices are really reasonable, in fact I went in this morning for a minor issue and they didn't even charge me. They have taken care of huge complex engine problems for me and never missed a beat. Absolutely terrible. During summer of 2018, I towed my 2004 VW for an engine replacement and got a defective engine that failed shortly after it was installed, which was close to a year after Mike Roesbery bought and charged me for the defective engine plus the labor cost to install. They didn’t test the engine or offer any refunds for the poor work, wasted time, mistreatment, etc. Mike said he wasn’t liable for any of it because it wasn’t his fault the engine was defective. He passed the buck to his sister shop in Danville who shut down in 2019. Plus the former-owner Mike Rosebery, was very rude and almost yelling at me that I didn’t feel comfortable trying to talk to him after all of the problems. For 8 months the car sat untouched in their shop parking lot without any work done with promises to start on the work the next week and very soon, etc. I suspect this wasn’t a highly profitable job and that’s why he kept pushing it out. Then the heavy rains came that November and December, and my VW got absolutely water logged despite many phone calls asking them to come up with a solution to close the sunroof. After a surprising call on a Friday afternoon about a little mold on the front seat, I visited late Friday evening after the shop was closed, on an intuitive hunch that something wasn’t right. I found a detailer there vacuuming out the gallons of water and realized I had arrived when he was almost done cleaning and covering up the massive water damage. I quickly took a few photos of the water damage. Again I was lied to about why there was mold in the car now and why I needed to pay to have it “professionally cleaned” which would help “beautify” the interior as well. As background, I had asked for help to replace or seal the sunroof several months prior to protect the car, but the prior owner Mike Roseberry, said flat out he didn’t care and nothing would happen to it under his watch. It was one negotiation and negative experience after the other. I talked to him about the engine failure and he said talk to the wholesaler. By the time I was able to put the pieces together on the engine failure, my legal recourse, and so on, the public Covid pandemic hit. There wasn’t anything I could do at that point except file a small court claims lawsuit which is a lot of expense and headache. Don’t trust this shop with a more complex need. He will lie, mislead, and cheat if something is not in his interest rather than doing a proper assessment upfront and communicating openly, simply, and transparently.

Both headlights went out and Roesbery Care diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road the next day. They also checked underlying wiring/fuse issues. The owner, Mila, is excellent, trustworthy, personable and helpful. I will definitely be going back!

Have been a customer for a decade and countless repairs on multiple vehicles and have chosen to move on. Owners moved to Texas a couple of years ago with focus on building businesses there. Repair work has remained very good but level of responsiveness has degraded and a recent price quote was way out of line. I personally like the staff but that can't make up for the overall degradation in response including lack of returning multiple calls in for repair updates etc recently. This has been a sporadic issue since owners departed. Final straw was a repair quote that was clearly way too expensive. Checking other local shops with high ratings resulted in quotes that were 20-30% lower. I left a message with owner to discuss but didn't get a return call. Moved to Poets Corner Automotive and we'll try them out.

I came here from a recommendation and I'm very happy. They gave me an oil change and a 4-tire brake job in the same day from a walk in. Customer service was impeccable. I'll be going back again next time I need work done.

I had a flat tire. Managed to limp into the shop. Steve showed me why the tire needed replacement and swapped in my spare. Then Steve advised me where the nearest tire stores are that may carry my special low profile tire. Extremely helpful, honest and professional! No wonder they have good reviews. I will return for maintenance and repair work.

I had a great experience with them from beginning to end. Went in for an oil change. They were professional and caring. I liked how they called me before the work was done and explained if I needed any other work on my car or what to watch out for in the future. The price was also fair which is always a plus. I recommend this place and plan to make it my go to moving forward.

I was in town for work and had a 2 hour commute back when I realized I had a flat tire. I called numerous shops. All were full. I drove around the corner from one of my stores to Roesbery and they got me right in and had me on the road within 15 min. Amazing service, fast, friendly and such a blessing. I am in town alot and have tire issues often commuting. This will definitely be my stop for tire issues moving forward.

I’m leaving a half a star because it won’t go to zero stars. About a month ago, when we paid so much, almost 1500, to find and fix leaks and not once did mechanic mention “the radiator” leaked. We have a hand written list they made and it wasn’t on that with. They said they take pride and guarantee their work. Not this time. This time, they want an additional 750 to fix the radiator (when we called for a radiator at a different shop it was 260 not including labor), but the upsetting part is that we were already at this garage, Roseberry car care, and they didn’t catch this leak the first time even though we were told the leaks were fixed. When we picked it up, it was misfiring because they loosened this wire. . . and didn’t call back to say, “let’s check it out”. My husband found the loose wire himself and now this time they are listing problems to distract us of the bad job they did the first time, they are also including the transmission which was replaced replaced 8 months ago, it’s new!! It doesn’t matter if you have the community flyer VALUE PAK for 10% off because they are not honest and good, they overcharge us for something they could’ve done the first time we asked them to do a work up the car . And they will disappointed,… so we give zero stars. We feel we were taken advantage of, very unprofessional. No customer service.

Roesbery car care definitely took care of me, especially Mila and John. First, they are one of the only shops around that is open on a Saturday. They were able to squeeze me in on a next day Saturday appointment for a pre-sale car inspection when I called Friday. Then day of, they waited around on Christmas Eve for me to arrive, even on a tight schedule. They were friendly, attentive and caught things on the inspection, especially with aftermarket components. They definitely took care of me and I will be back for services for my vehicle.

They were friendly and proactive, gifting me a courtesy inspection of my new used car and charged a more than reasonable amount to fit the shield for the catalytic converter. They (2 separate individuals) also heard a noise that occurred sometimes while breaking. The mechanic then took apart the brakes and found that the calipers were rusted which he lubed up. The only thing I was asked to pay for was the labor for the cat shield, 140, whereas Toyota dealership quoted me 230 for the inspection and 230 to fit the shield. Will definitely come back to Roesbery when I next need!
