I was looking for an alignment on my truck. The staff was very welcoming and respectful. While they were inspecting my truck I found that there were a few things wrong with it. I was very grateful that they caught the issues before something worse happened. They have definitely won my trust and business. Very honest family owned business. Thank you guys so much. A Couple Days Ago, I Ended Up Breaking My Sideview Mirror On My 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I Went To My “Trusted Dealership” And They Quoted Me A Little Over $800 To Replace It With A New One. After Shopping Around, Rogel’s Had Not Only The Best Price But Also The Best Turn Around Time. To Make It Even Better, They Ordered & Used Original & New Parts To Replace My Broken Sideview Mirror. Chris, Edwin & Their Team Were All So Helpful, Welcoming & Professional. Thank’s To Them, Now Our Jeep Feels Complete!

Great customer service! I took my suv for an alignment on July I loved the service and the price was fair. I came back because my car need it rotors and new brake pads and they just made me feel like home they even bought me coffee and put cartoons for my daughter while we waited. I will definitely be bringing my car here when they need service

I cannot think Chris and Edwin enough for taking such great care of me. I came in very overwhelmed because Mechanics always leave a bad taste in your mouth. But not these guys! They did everything in their power to help me and also keep me in the loop. They were also very budget conscious! I will be going back for all of my regular maintenance!

I’ve been going to them for my Acura and they always use original parts. I have yet to come back for the same issue in the past 7 years I’ve been going to them. I just got my car back to get my starter changed and my car turns over like when I first bought it. Cool group of guys that run the front office. They’re very attentive and their main concern is making sure your car drives safely.

If I could give a 0, I would!! My air conditioner was having problems. I brought it in, they assessed it and said the air needed to be reactivated and vacuumed or something. It worked 2 days then stopped working. It doesn’t blow hot or cold or any air!! They tried to charge me again claiming that it wasn’t their fault. Clearly because I’m a woman, they’re trying to take advantage of me. I believe they have purposely broken my air conditioner and now are trying to overcharge me for something simple! I will be suing them for this because it’s over 100 degrees in Arizona and I cannot afford to pay when a mechanic breaks something!

They truly provided honest service. Came in with an issue regarding vehicle and questions, and we went for a test drive with Chris. I was able to get clarity on the issue without hassle. I wanted to come here a few times before putting up a review. I am not that good of a judge of character. With that being said; great work on my allignment thus far. And they do the work that they say they do. The pricing seems fair. And i cant think of anything bad to say as of now. ( because i still go there). Chris and edwin cool still cant tell them apart sometimes.
