I am very disappointed in services rendered. The staff was very polite and willing to help but the length of time my car was held and not complete was not acceptable. They had my car over 30 days and after I picked it up, repairs was still needed. At that time my rental car budget from my insurance had exhausted. I went back and forth for weeks with them picking my car up from me and returning it to me incomplete. I feel they didn’t start in my car when I first dropped it off nor did they have staff to handle their load. Also knowledgeable to repair Mercedes Benz. I am not a negative person but this experience is unacceptable. If you have had good experience that’s awesome, keep posting those but I can’t say that I have. Now I have to take my car to the Mercedes dealership to complete the repair.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received at Roger’s Collision Repair . I brought my truck in for repairs, and from start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and seamless. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. They took care of all the repairs and even exceeded my expectations in terms of quality and attention to detail. My truck looks as good as new, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of expert repairs!

Very reliable body shop with good work ethic not to mention great prices!!Have had multiple cars fixed at Roger’s collision and would not recommend if I didn’t know it’s a great body shop.
